
The Delhi High Court directed a joint inspection on last November 16, 2021 by Delhi police and Waqf Board.
The Delhi HC issued the directive following an application by the Waqf Board to reopen Nizamuddin Markaz.
The World Tabligh Markaz which has remained shut since March 31, 2020.
The Delhi HC directed the Delhi Police and Waqf Board to inspect and demarcate the prayer, congregation and hostel areas of the Nizamuddin Markaz.
Earlier in April 15, 2021 , the Delhi High Court had allowed 50 people to pray at the Nizamuddin Markaz Mosque five times a day during the holy month of Ramadan.
For this court direction even though the Nizamuddin Markaz Mosque prayer place is open, but the religious gatherings places (the Masjid Bangley Wali), Madrasa Kashif-ul-Uloom, and attached hostel (student halls) are still closed.
Earlier The Delhi High Court on August 23, 2021 ordered the police to hand over the keys of the residential portion of the Nizamuddin Markaz to the mother of Tablighi Jamaat chief (Amir) Maulana Muhammad Saad within two days. The residential part of the Nizamuddin Markaz building is belongs to Maulana Saad’s mother property.
Under the latest Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) guidelines, all religious places are now open for visitors. Now it’s time to wait. We asking for Prayer. May Allah SWT open our door.
