California Department of Public Health Guidelines:
California state mask mandate reinstated on Dec. 15, 2021 and will remain in place until at least Jan. 15, 2022. All residents will be required to wear face coverings indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
The California Department of Public Health also issued tighter restrictions for large events. Effective Dec. 15, 2021, all attendees must show proof of full vaccination, a negative antigen test taken within one day of the event, or a negative PCR test taken within two days of the gathering.
In addition, a new travel advisory recommends everyone traveling to California take a Covid-19 test three to five days after arrival, regardless of their vaccination status.
These are not required to board US Domestic aircraft. Mask mandatory only in travel by Airlines.
