The passports of Tablighi Jamaat chief Hazrat Ji Maulana Saad and five of his close associates were seized last 2 years ago. And it has return after two years later. The five names are Mufti Shahzad, Zishan, Mursalin Saifi, Mohammad Salman, and Younus.
As soon as the passport was returned, last May 2022, Hazrat Ji first rushed to the holy Kaaba and to the holy shrine of the Prophet.
The Sahabas or the Sahabis, as we all know were the loyal followers of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) who earned their knowledge directly from him. It is for their dedication and perseverance that Islam spread throughout this world. They followed Islam to the fullest. Their tales of courage, glory, suffering and victory has been lauded by classical scholars throughout history. We never saw them. They are true Stars. Even the whole umnah never be equal with a single sahaba.
Even if we do not see the Companions, we know about their sacrifice and patience.

2020:
The mosque at the Nizamuddin Markaz Complex (Tablighi Jamaat headquarters) was reopened for the last Shab-e-Barat, two years after it was sealed for alleged violations of the Covid-19 protocol, Even police could not prove any criminal conspiracy in the case against Jamaat chief Maulana Saad. Could not even prove any specific allegations against his followers.
Although the prime accused in the case — in which nearly 900 other foreign Tablighi Jamaat attendees were also booked —Maulana Saad was never arrested, neither was a charge sheet filed against him. Two years on, even there is nothing progress in the case, the police are not ready to file a closure report either.
Between March 31 and April 3, 2020, the Indian Police and state government evacuated around 2,500 attendees from the Nizamuddin Markaz Complex.
According to details of the case, which was later transferred to the crime branch, police arrested around 900 foreigners who attended the conference, and about 850 of them entered a plea bargain, were fined by the court for the offences mentioned, and deported to their home countries.
All those detained were intimidated and forcibly fined and deported.
At least 44 foreign attendees opted to face trial and were later acquitted.

In August 2021, the Delhi High Court directed the police to hand over the keys of Nizamuddin Markaz’s residence to Maulana Saad’s mother.
2022:
In March 2022, Delhi Police Agrees To Open Masjid In Nizamuddin Markaz During Ramzan Subject To Conditions.
In April 2022, Delhi High Court Allows Reopening Of Five Floors Of Masjid In Nizamuddin Markaz During Ramadan.
In May 2022, Delhi High Court Extends Interim Order Allowing Reopening Of Masjid In Nizamuddin Markaz Till October 14, 2022.
