Moulana Abdus Sattaar db of Nizamudidin, after listening this Karguzari said, many countries in Europe requested for Ulama Jamaat but in Europe there are some countries doesn’t have any Ulama, in his advices he told the Majma in Europe Mashwara, “What will happen to a town of 50K people with NO DOCTORS OR NO HOSPITALS, who are there to mercy upon that part of the Ummah, where there’s NO ULEMA”?
