After 4-5 hours later Saudi Arabia will observe Eid al-Adha. Philippines time is now 6am June 28, 2023. Because of timing difference Philippines already observed Eid al-Adha today at 5:06am at Blue Mosque, Philippines. Philippines is the 1st country who observed Eid al-Adha, even before Saudi Arabia.
