According to Quran & Sunnah Amir is instructed to resolve issues through the mutual conference of Shura. So Shura itself without Amir is not permissible in Islam. Therefore the newly formed “Alami Shura” in the name of World Shura is nothing but a conspiracy. In such circumstances the self-proclaimed fatwa of Darul Uloom Deoband is seriously questionable and unacceptable. Nizamuddin & Maulana Sa’ad is Haqq. May Allah SWT protect us from the Alami Shura Fitna. Ameen.
