The famous Raiwind Markaz is no longer connected with mainstream Tablighi Jamaat as it is continuing disobeyed the Amir since 2015 and it was taken over by Alami Shura offshoot faction, those who follow the communist Shura without Amir.
The following were the Amir (Leader) of Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan, appointed by World Markaz Nizamuddin:
(1) Muhammad Shafi Qureshi, the First Amir of Pakistan (RAH).
(2) Haji Muhammad Basheer (RAH).
(3) Haji Abdul Wahab (RAH), appointed in 1992 at the of age 70. The famous Haji Abdul Wahab was sent by Maulana Yusuf RAH (the second Amir of Tablighi Jamaat) to migrate to Pakistan in 1947 during the India-Pakistani Conflict. He was 25 years old at that time. Haji Abdul Wahab passed away on the 18th of November 2018 at the age of 96.
4th Amir of Pakistan also was appointed as of August 9, 2023 by the World Markaz Nizamuddin.
(4) The fourth Amir Maulana Haroon Qureshi db is the son of Muhammad Shafi Qureshi (RAH) the First Amir of Pakistan. The fourth Amir was appointed by Asian Mashwara at Markaz Sri Petaling, Malaysia. He was appointed by World Tablighi Amir.
It’s to be noted that Pakistan Second Amir Haji Muhammad Basheer (RAH) son Maulana Sohel Sahib db also presents at Asian Mashwara.
Raiwind Markaz was established around the 1940s. On the 13th of March 1948, Raiwind Markaz was officially made the center for Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan by the World Markaz Nizamuddin. In 1952, Haji Miyaji Abdullah Mewati donated a large piece of land 5 km from Raiwind Markaz. Due to the inability of Pakistanis to travel to India, Rawind Markaz all activities monitored by World Markaz Nizamuddin. Alhamdulilla, we are very close to reaching our goal to Pakistan.
