Alhamdulilla, within the Tablighi-e-Jamaat, one of the key activities is Khidmat which involves cooking, cleaning and serving others. This can help greatly in teaching us humility and being humble towards the believers. Also, as the Tablighi-e-Jamaat do almost everything collectively as a Jam’aah, this provides us with the opportunity to sit and eat collectively with people we may not know and serve them. Therefore, we have given the chance to be courteous, become involved in thinking of others and incorporate humbleness within us, which is a admirable quality.
