The Story of Abdelhadi Belkhayat | Morocco’s 🇲🇦 Top pop icon turned preacher | The Work of Da’waah makes him Dayee, who donated his valuable assets for the work of Da’waah Tabligh.
Everyone we knew about Junaid Jamshed (Rah) top Pakistan’s pop icon who became a great Dayee by involving the greatest work of Da’waah. But very few we known about Moroccan top pop icon Abdelhadi Belkhayat.
Abdelhadi Belkhayat is a famous Moroccan singer who was born in the year 1940 in Morocco. Abdelhadi Belkhayat immigrated to Cairo, he trained in the fundamentals of singing at the conservatory of the Egyptian capital, Cairo. After several years in Egypt, he decided to return to his country Morocco 🇲🇦. He recorded his first successful song in 1960. Abdelhadi Belkhayat is considered as one of the Atlas “mountains” of Morocco, and one of the greatest artists who have made the history of Moroccan song with a repertoire as rich as it is distinguished and that Moroccans, young and old, still hum to this day.
By the mercy of Allah, After years of glory, Abdelhadi Belkhayat decided to withdraw from the artistic world after being influenced by Tablighi Jammat. After then he perform only religious songs. In the late 80s he embarked on a mystical venture and devoted himself exclusively to chanting and singing the Quran.
He became an Imam and released a spiritual-themed album “Al Mounfarija” & “Asmaa Allah Alhosna”.
He donated his vast wealth & property for the work of Da’waah. He is following the World Markaz Nizamuddin. He is one of the organizers for upcoming grand event “European Mashwara in El Jadida, Morocco 🇲🇦” More than 90 countries will be participating InshaAllah. This great Dayee is very sick & now age of 83, we are asking Allah (SWT) to grant his speedy and complete recovery.
It’s to be noted that it will be another World Mashwara event like last October 2022 World Mashwara’s Event in Malaysia. May Allah SWT protect & bless it. Ameen.
