Today we are going to present about Thailand 🇹🇭 Ranong province on Thailand’s Andaman Coast, the village of Baan Talae Nok, which has always been off the tourist radar.
Islam is a minority faith in Thailand about 4% of Muslims. Ranong is the first province of Andaman Sea, the narrow strip that connects mainland Thailand with Malay Peninsula, the west side of southern Thailand between India and Pacific Ocean. The north-west side of Ranong is home to the majority of the Burmese Muslim population. Ranong is generally a very safe place to travel. Most of the population lives in rural area. People almost are Buddhist , and followed by Islam. Visitors who do travel of village “Baan Talae Nok” find a warm Southern Thai welcome from a Muslim community which is a model for responsible tourism, sustainability and wonderful Muslim religion environments. Baan Talae Nok is located in the south of Ranong province. This is the only village where population is 99% Muslim.
