The long awaited decision for the London Markaz Westham site has provisionally come through. The final order will take some time to be issued with further appeals and therefore details can not be disclosed except with the aim to respond to messages being circulated by the usual culprits using the word

The anticipated decision as predicted by Solicitors was that the site belongs to the London Tabligh community. It will now result in a serious battle from within London to have Solad Sikander and shukat Malji finally disqualified from any form of Trusteeship.

In the same way once the Charity commission initially refused to give permission to Solad he was forced to act in desperation and together with Ishaq Patel and Ibrahim shaikh a detailed report was sent to the government claiming that elders in Dewsbury were funding lashkare Tayyiba (Jihadi group fighting in Indian Kashmir)and that the followers of Nizamuddin world Markaz and in particular its Ameer Hazrarji are a threat to the British values as they strictly promote the Sunnah. Insha Allah the overwhelming majority of the London Tabligh community from Luton to Southampton will now assist in proving that we are all entitled to use the London Markaz in Westham once it is lawfully restructured to be governed properly with planning permission.
