প্রথম পর্বের ইজতেমা শেষে বিমান বন্দর এলাকার বিভিন্ন মসজিদে অবস্হান করে ২য় পর্বের ইজতেমাকে বন্ধ করার জন্য অপচেষ্টায় লিপ্ত থাকবে। ৬৪ জেলা থেকে ২য় পর্বের ইজতেমায় আগতদের মাঝে ভীতি সৃষ্টি করার হীন ষড়যন্ত্রে লিপ্ত এই গোষ্টী। তাদের অতীত কর্মকান্ড ও modus operandi সম্পর্কে সরকার ও দেশবাসী অনেক আগে থেকেই অবগত। শাপলা চওরে যেমনটি করে সরকারকে Sabotage করা হয়।
