In the year of 2016, Dr Abdul Awal wanted to become American Shura. Despite being much more qualified than the Special Tabka group Leader Engineer Rashid (Brooklyn), Allah SWT has thrown out Dr. Awal, from the mainstream Tablighi movement (Nizamuddin), because he used Tablighi only for his own pleasure.

Today it’s ended the American National Mashwara. Yesterday, May 3, 2025 was the Karguzari Session. Brother Sami of New Jersey was selected through Mashwara to perform the Karguzari Session of New York Zone. But Mr. Engineer Abdur Rashid broke the Mashwara, captured the Karguzari & delivered the Karguzari by his own will! This is not something new! He doesn’t have connected with any Masjid, No 3 days! No 40 days! No Masjid Aabadi! No Sobguzari! No individual or collective work! And many more things!
When something was decided by the Mashwara, he is the only man who always disobeyed Mashwara! He always Make Mashwara as a Fun, like Dr. Awal! There’s thousands of incidents!
But You can always see him when any elders visit from Nizamuddin! Now it’s very open and known to all.
We are very worried and concerned about the Umamiath (Estamiyat) in America.
Umumi majma is talking about that special group which is created by themselves between National Sura Hazrat and regular workers. Brothers have been seeing that when there are joor/maswara, the special group never stay with Umumi majma and are always staying with Sura Hazrats (eating, sleeping etc.).
Umumi majma also realized that the tabka @ Engineer Abdur Rashid feels himself superior than regular brothers. Umumi majma found out that the special group pressurized our Hazratji again and again to make them North American Sura by passing our respected sura Hazrat. Our work is only for the sake of Allah, not to become an Amir or sura.
The umumi jamat keeps questioning about that special tabkah with the following questions
- Does sura Hazrat really need them for assistance (if so, please open to umumi majma to remove all ill feelings of the brothers)?
- Or are they very special active workers?
Through experience we have seen that most of them are not very active locally (mahalla and halaka). Their halaka keeps going down and our active brothers stay away from them because they show their superiority.
As a reminder, the markaz nizamuddin also formed the kind of group (cindicate) that likes to be sura themselves. When Hazratji dissolved all cindicates, they stood against him. That was the main problem of Nizamuddin Markaz. Barehal, we just place it for betterment of this work. They are also our brothers and our goal should be on how we can all do the work of Nabi (SAW) with Ikhlas. Our goal should not be any special tabka or group because we are all workers of Deen. We should all agree on whatever Mashwara is done.
