The main venue of the Thailand Ijtema has been shifted due to heavy rain. Ijtema related activities are now underway at two famous Markazes in Thailand. Both venues are close by one another. Reported by Tabligh News 24.

For the first time at the Ijtema, such arrangements have been made… 200+ CCTV cameras, 6 drones; 4 companies of the RAF have been deployed.
Muslims from around the world are together on a single platform for worship. The annual Ijtema begins Today on Friday. This four-day event, which will last until November 17th, will see participation from various communities around the world.
A tent city with a capacity of approximately 1.5 million people has already been prepared for this event. Around 4000 foreign guests are expected to attend the Ijtema this year. 5000+ Security Forces (Police) & Police Headquarters has sent 2,500 additional personnel for the security. For the first time Rapid Action Force (RAF) are being deployed. The administration has installed more than 200 high-resolution CCTV cameras throughout the venue and surrounding areas, which will be monitored live from the control room. For the first time, six drones will also be flown for traffic and crowd management.
The arrangements for the entire event are in the hands of 30 thousand trained and experienced people. Among them, 25 thousand volunteers are from the Ijtema Committee and 5 thousand staff are associated with the Municipal Corporation, administration and police force.
The largest crowds are expected between Friday and Sunday, for which the railways and the administration have jointly strengthened arrangements.

Maulana Saad Kandhlawi D.B. the World Ameer (leader) of the Tablighi Jamaat (Nizamuddin Markaz) is expected to attend the World Ijtema in Thailand as part of his international tour in November 2025.
Expected dates for this phase of his tour are from November 17, 2025, to December 12, 2025, during which he is also scheduled to visit Indonesia and Australia. The specific dates for the Thailand Ijtema are November 21-23, 2025. Reported by Tabligh News 24.

Tablighi Jamaat Covid case: Delhi High Court quashes charges against 70 members, dismissed case.
কোভিডের মিথ্যা মামলা খারিজ। বিশ্ব তাবলীগ মারকাজ নিজামুদ্দিন এবং তার অনুসারীদের পক্ষে দিল্লি আদালতের ঐতিহাসিক রায়।
টানা ২২ দিনের সফর শেষে তাঁর স্বদেশ প্রত্যাবর্তন দিবসে তিনি ভারত ও বিশ্ব মানবতার জন্য নিয়ে এলেন বিজয় ও খুশির সংবাদ। ঠিক ২২ দিন আগে তাঁর আমেরিকা আগমনও বয়ে এনেছিল বিজয় ও খুশি।

The accused were charged with criminal conspiracy for allegedly hosting foreign nationals in various mosques during the pandemic. Reported by Tabligh News 24.
Seventy Indians associated with the Tablighi Jamaat for over five years have been charged with spreading COVID-19. The Delhi High Court on Thursday quashed 16 FIRs and subsequent proceedings, including the chargesheet in the case.
Pending the release of the detailed verdict, Justice Neena Bansal Krishna ruled in open court that the proceedings in the case were quashed.
Charges have been filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code against 70 accused named in 16 FIRs for allegedly hosting foreign nationals in various mosques during the pandemic between March 24, 2020 and March 30, 2020.
Which also includes criminal conspiracy. The FIR names 195 foreign nationals, but most of them are not named as accused in the chargesheet.
The Delhi Police’s Crime Branch initially registered an FIR under Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, and IPC sections 188, 269, 270, 120-B, and 271, along with provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, against seven Indians.
The Crime Branch then filed 48 chargesheets and 11 supplementary chargesheets, including under Section 14(b) of the Foreigners Act, 1946, against 955 foreign nationals, of whom 911 entered plea bargains before the magistrate court.

Humble request to Our Beloved Hazrat Ji db & Mufti Shazad Sahib db: Can the six regions of America expect Sunnah Ameer system instead of Surah like Toronto?
American Six Region got One Single Ameer including six National Shura but there has been a significant division within this region.
More than 70 percent of the American Tablighi Jamaat workers are of Bangladeshi origin. 70-80 percent of the Kuruz make by Bangladeshi. Moreover, none of them have been included in the National Shura. Even when Tablighi Jamaat split into two factions in 2015-2016, many of those who were opposed to Nizamuddin or Ameer, now many of them rewarded as a regional shura.
In 2016, when the Markaz Al Falah Mosque in New York was captured by Dr. Awal, it was replaced by the Darus Salam Mosque, the world’s first Markaz for Nizamuddin followers.
None of the 5-6 Tablighi Jamaat members who followed the Nizamuddin Markaz in America since 2016 as frontline warriors have not been included in the new Shura.
However, the second Dr. Awal, Engineer Rashid, his follower Habib, and many others participated in the Regional Shura and were rewarded.
These issues are either not known by Hazratji or Mufti Shazad. Therefore, taking these issues into consideration, if they have a single Ameer and a new Shura in 6 zones like Toronto, the work will speed up. Otherwise, new disputes will arise like in 2016 and the work will be ruined.

The first Amir of the Tabligh Jamaat in Pakistan Muhammad Shafi Quraishi (RAH) was the Owner of this Historic “1940 Chrysler ROYALE” Car.
The Chrysler ROYALE 1940 was one of the most stylish and advanced luxury vehicles of its time. This beautiful automobile was manufactured by Chrysler Corporation between 1940 and 1942. It boasted a streamlined body style, featuring a low hood, rounded fenders, and a smoothly contoured roofline.
That time it was famous as The Cars Of the President Harry S Truman, who was 33rd American President.
From 1940-1944 the founder & the 1st Amir of Tabligh Jamaat Muhammad Ilyas Kandhlawi (RAH), then 2nd Amir Muhammad Yusuf Kandhlawi (RAH) & 3rd Amir Inamul Hasan Kandhlawi (RAH) used this special car for the purpose of Da’waah.
The 1st Amir of Pakistan Muhammad Shafi Quraishi (RAH) based in Bombay (aka Mumbai), who had joined the Tabligh effort while at Mumbai, had migrated from there to Pakistan after the Partition and had settled in Rawalpindi, a garrison town. He had been nominated as the first Amir of Tabligh in Pakistan by the Ilyas Kandhlawi (RAH), the founder & First Amir of Tabligh Jamaat.
As a memento of our three Hazratji, this special car is kept at the residence of the 4th Amir of Pakistan.
The Islamic spiritual gathering (Canada Ijtema July 4-6, 2025) in Toronto, known as the “world’s largest annual Islamic gathering,” is a large-scale event. It’s a significant gathering for Muslims, and recognized the biggest globally conference. The Bella Gardens Event, draws a large international crowd and focuses on religious discourse and prayer.

This sacred gathering is the witness of the participation of World Famous Mashayikh, Ulama. Pakistan 4th Ameer Maulana Haroon Qureshi Sahib db also attending.
Thousands upon thousands Muslims from over 50+ countries attending.
Over the three-day gathering, Muslim worshippers listened to scholars reciting and explaining verses from the Quran. It is viewed as an opportunity for Muslims to renew their commitment to Islamic values.
This global gathering is considered to be a demonstration of Muslim unity, solidarity, mutual love and respect.

Alhamdulillah. Although the Canada International Ijtema was officially scheduled to begin tomorrow, July 4, the Ijtema began a day earlier. The World Ameer arrived in Canada from America yesterday, July 2, 2025. The Ijtema is officially starting today after Asr prayers.
Some advice for Ijtema participants:
(1) Bring Your Sleeping Bags and other essentials including some winter clothing.
(2) Charging outlets might be limited or unavailable, bring your own power bank as a practical solution.
(3) No arrangement for sisters and children 15 years and under.

Tablighi World Ameer has made historic decisions that have contributed to the movement’s growth and impact in American Tabligh.
Tablighi Jamaat, as a global Islamic missionary movement, has a hierarchical structure centered around the position of the Ameer.
Ameer: This is the highest leadership position, appointed for life by a central consultative council (shura) and senior elders of the movement. Historically, the Ameer position has been held by individuals with a lineage connected to the movement’s founder, Muhammad Ilyas Kandhalawi (RAH). The current Ameer is Muhammad Saad Kandhlawi (DB), leading the Mainstream Tabligh movement from the headquarters Nizamuddin Markaz, Delhi, India 🇮🇳.
Shura (Council): In Tabligh Jammat the Shura, or consultative council, plays a crucial role in supporting and assisting the Ameer (leader). While the Ameer is appointed for life, the Shura provides a framework for collective decision-making, ensuring that the work of Tabligh is carried out effectively and responsibly.
Markaz: Local Central Masjid serve as bases for the traveling jamaats during their missions. A Markaz is a masjid where the Tablighi Jamaat’s Weekly “Shab-e-Jumma” or “Markaz night” or “Sobguzari Night” program is held. This program can be a Thursday night, Friday night or Saturday night depending on the convenience of the public. Tablighi Jamaat Markaz’s exists all over the world, including America 41 Halaqas.
Sobguzari: Sobguzari in Tablighi Jamaat refers to weekly night gatherings where the focus is on Da’wah (invitation to Islam) and fostering spiritual development. Members gather at a designated location, typically a mosque, bringing their food and sleeping bags, preparing to spend the night.
Halaqa: In the context of Tablighi Jamaat, both Halaqa refer to local or regional areas. Example: American 50 States consist of 41 Halaqas.
Zone or Region: Zone typically indicates a larger geographical area or region where various Tablighi activities, including Halaqas and Ijtemas (larger gatherings), are organized and coordinated. Example: American 50 States consist of 6 (Six) Regions.
Last Weekend (June 27-29, 2025) Mainstream Tabligh Jammat Successfully Concluded Historic American Largest Gathering (Islamic Peace Conference @ World Ijtema America 2025). Moreover 40,000+ including 2,000+ foreign guests from 55+ countries were present. This is the first time in history Tablighi Jammat, USA got the National Ameer including 6 National Shura Team.

70% of the American Tablighi Jamaat is Bangladeshi, 10% is Burmese, and the remaining 20% is Urdu, Arabic, and other languages.
However, none of the 6 members of the National Shura are Bangladeshi. That is why there is a lot of anger among Bangladeshis.
In Khuruj, 90 percent of the Jamaat is seen as being made up of Bangladeshis and Burmese communities. However, the Burmese have not been included even in a Regional Shura in Region # 1. Burmese brother got only one Shura in Region # 3. There is anger among the Burmese community about this.
There has been widespread discrimination of the 6 Region Sura Team. The Chicago Region received 19 Shura. The proportional rates of the other Regions clearly demonstrate that discrimination has occurred.
Preference has been given to people who participated in the Tablighi Fitna in 2016, those were with Dr. Awal, they are rewarded for the Regional Shura Team. Those who were opposed direct to Dr. Awal, no one has been elected as a Regional Shura.
Conclusion:Neither the World Ameer Hazratji db nor his 3 Sons are aware of the 2016 American Fitna and its aftermath, so that whatever was presented in front of them, it was finalized by Hazratji. Most workers are blaming that some responsible Nizamuddin & American Elders were misguided to our beloved World Ameer.

Tablighi World Ameer has made historic decisions that have contributed to the movement’s growth and impact in American Tabligh. After Successfully Completion of Historic American Chicago Ijtema (June 27-29,2025), World Ameer is now on the way to Canada.
It is another historic visit. World Tablighi Ameer will participate in the International Ijtema Toronto, the second of three consecutive visits.
“Highlights of the Chicago Global Meeting of the so-called Obedience Group or the Emirate Group of Saad Kandhlawi The Chicago Global Meeting, attended by approximately 5,000 people, faced significant challenges. Despite attracting more than 1,000 foreign guests, attendance was lower than expected, with fewer than 4,986 people attending the closing ceremony. The meeting experience included the following: – Prolonged statement after sunset: The statement continued after sunset prayer until 1:00 a.m., causing fatigue and inconvenience for attendees. – Isha prayer at an undesirable time: The Isha prayer was held at an undesirable time, potentially causing anxiety among attendees. – Delayed food service: The food was served late, further exacerbating the attendees’ frustration. – Prolonged statement after dawn prayer: The lengthy statement after dawn prayer increased the participants’ dissatisfaction, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. These problems, in addition to food waste due to lower-than-expected attendance, may have contributed to many participants leaving the event early. The closing ceremony was also characterized by: – Audience disengagement: During the closing prayer, it was reported that many attendees were asleep, indicating a lack of engagement and interest. – Misbehavior by Mawlana Saad’s son: Mawlana Saad’s son, Yusuf, was seen misbehaving and pulling the announcer’s arms to get his father to sit down, which was considered inappropriate and disrespectful. Some complained, Mufti Shazad technically removed Mufti Sowkat, Mumbai, from America.”
After Successfully Conclusion of Chicago Global Ijtema, World Amir Hazratji Maulana Saad Sahib will travel to Canada today on July 2, 2025 inshaAllah and then July 9, 2025 to the United Kingdom inshaAllah. There will be another Global Ijtema in Toronto, Canada from July 4-6, 2025, after then Europe National Mashwara will be held from July 11-13, 2025 at Dewsbury Markaz, London, UK.

Regular workers are very worried and concerned about the Umamiath (Estamiyat) in America. This special group which is created by themselves between National Sura and regular workers. When there are joor/maswara/ijtema, the special group never stay with Umumi majma and are always staying with Sura Hazrats (eating, sleeping etc.) and with the Key Figure of Nizamuddin Ulema Hazrat. This Special group/tabka feel themselves superior than regular brothers.
The recently concluded American World Ijtema has set a record in American history:
More than 30,000+ people gathered at the Chicago World Ijtema on June 27-29, 2025, in the presence of the World Tablighi Ameer. The general workers are expecting the announcement of a New National Shura Team from this highly successful Ijtema.
Barriers between achievement and expectation due to Special/tabka group:
There is frustration and fear among General workers regarding the specific special group/tabka leader in the Region number One.
This particular man is already highly criticized across the North America. Even though he has no credibility in his own region (NY) but he can seize the Shura position by managing one of the National Shuras in America and an Ulema from Nizamuddin.
If this happens, the work of Da’wah will be greatly harmed and chaos will arise among the Ummah.
Conclusion:
General workers believe that instead of forming six shuras in six regions, shuras for people speaking different languages would increase the dynamism of the da’wah work. Example it could be One Shura from English American, One Shura from Urdu Language, One Shura form Bengali Language, One Shura from Arabic Language etc. We don’t want to see like Brother Rashid, the special group/tabka leader as an American Shura.

Tablighi Jamaat officially states that it is not a political platform and focuses on religious and individual spiritual matters. However, some observers have noted political connections and instances where its members have been involved in political activities or maintained ties with political authorities.
Tabligh is not a political party, even though there are some special tabka (group/people) used Tabligh as a political tool.
Tablighi Jamaat explicitly denies having any political affiliation or involvement in political debates.
They describe themselves as a non-political, non-violent group focused on encouraging Muslims to practice their faith.
Their primary aim is individual spiritual renewal through studying the Quran and Hadith, which they believe will lead to a broader positive change in society.
Despite their stated position, Tablighi Jamaat has been accused of maintaining political links.
Some members have held government positions in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Example: Dr Abdul Awal who was the first smart ID project advisor of Bangladesh Government and also was the Chairman of Youth Affairs (Sheikh Hasina Government). He was one of the Mastermind, who dived Tabligh Jammat in two groups back in 2016, at that time Engineer Rashid from New York Brooklyn (Pakistani) was with him. Another Bangladeshi first name “M” from Atlanta, who was very close with Dr Awal. Now both Special Tabka’s are surrounding with one of the Nizamuddin responsible. Both with their group misguided our Nizamuddin Akabir, who is very new involved with American Tabligh.
American are very worried and concerned about the Umamiath (Estamiyat) in America.
Umumi majma is talking about that special group which is created by themselves between National Sura Hazrat and regular workers. Brothers have been seeing that when there are joor/maswara, the special group never stay with Umumi majma and are always staying with Sura Hazrats (eating, sleeping etc.).
Umumi majma also realized that the tabka feel themselves superior than regular brothers. Umumi majma found out that the special group pressurized our Hazratji again and again to make them North American Sura by passing our respected sura Hazrat.
All we knew once the markaz nizamuddin also formed this kind of group (cindicate) that they likes to be sura themselves. When Hazratji dissolved all cindicates, they stood against him. That was the main problem of Nizamuddin Markaz.
Now American Umumi Majma is facing the same problem. If this special Tabka’s people become American Shura, then the whole works of America, will be destroyed.

It’s to be noted that Haji Ahmad Maulana Bin Seray (RAH) of Lampung, Indonesia 🇮🇩 Shura was one of the organizer of upcoming Indonesian International Ijtema which will be held from November 28-30, 2025.
Alhamdulillah. The World Tablighi Ameer will visit multiple countries in two consecutive phases this year.
The first phase of the possible tour could be from June 23, 2025 to July 15, 2025. In the first phase, after completing the World Ijtema in Chicago, USA and Toronto, Canada, Hazratji can participate in the European National Mashwara at the Dewsbury Markaz in London, UK inshaAllah.
The second phase of the visit is likely to take place in the same year from November 17, 2025 to December 12, 2025. During this visit, he may participate in the World Ijtema organized in Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.

Initially, it was planned to take place in Bengkulu, but then, due to several inconveniences, it was decided in the last Mashwarah of Indonesian Shura and Provincial Shura last week to shift to *Kota Baru, Province of Lampung, on the east end of the Island of Sumatera, Indonesia.*
The total size of area is about 1,000 hectares, expected to accommodate the targeted attendance of minimum 1.5 million to 5 million attendees. May Allaah make it real and easy. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah. The World Tablighi Ameer’s North America tour appears to be approximately 9-10 days long, considering the dates mentioned for Chicago (June 27-29, 2025) and Toronto (July 3-6, 2025).
And ten days later, in the last week of June, that long-awaited day is coming inshaAllah.

If we review the history of Bishwa Ijtema Bangladesh, the Historic Bhopal Ijtema, the historic record-breaking Aurangabad Ijtema, and most recently the Habsha, Ethiopia Ijtema of 2024, it can be seen that none of them were followed in the upcoming American Ijtema 2025, but rather “Technology Dajjal” was brought to the Chicago mosque (last concluded American National Mashwara Venue) in the American Ijtema.
The belief that “everything is by Allah, but people make it hard by their own” suggests a belief system where divine will ordains events, but human actions and choices significantly impact the experience and outcome of those events. The exercise of agency involves intentionality, forethought, self-reactiveness, and self-reflectiveness.
The phrase “people make it hard by their own” acknowledges that individuals have the capacity to make choices and actions that influence their experiences. This can be interpreted as a recognition of human responsibility for their own actions and their impact on the world around them.
(3) Differentiating Allah’s Will and Human Actions:
Our belief systems, like Islam, emphasize the importance of distinguishing between what is ordained by a divine power and what is a result of human choices and actions. This differentiation helps individuals navigate difficult situations by maintaining faith in divine wisdom while also acknowledging the impact of their own decisions.
(4) Acceptance and Resilience:
The belief that everything is part of a divine plan can foster acceptance of challenging situations. World Tabligh Amir Hazratji db sent letter to the 4th Amir of Pakistan. The letter mentioned the idea of making Masjid Furqan the Istiqbal Masjid of World Markaz Nizamuddin. Hazratji db addressed this letter to the 4th Amir of Pakistan Hazrat Maulana Haroon Qureshi Sahib db Rawalpindi.
Pakistan Amir with all shura’s has decided that any future Jammat from abroad is coming Pakistan should come first at the Masjid Al Furqan in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This decision was finalized by World Tablighi Amir.

In the year of 2016, Dr Abdul Awal wanted to become American Shura. Despite being much more qualified than the Special Tabka group Leader Engineer Rashid (Brooklyn), Allah SWT has thrown out Dr. Awal, from the mainstream Tablighi movement (Nizamuddin), because he used Tablighi only for his own pleasure.

Today it’s ended the American National Mashwara. Yesterday, May 3, 2025 was the Karguzari Session. Brother Sami of New Jersey was selected through Mashwara to perform the Karguzari Session of New York Zone. But Mr. Engineer Abdur Rashid broke the Mashwara, captured the Karguzari & delivered the Karguzari by his own will! This is not something new! He doesn’t have connected with any Masjid, No 3 days! No 40 days! No Masjid Aabadi! No Sobguzari! No individual or collective work! And many more things!
When something was decided by the Mashwara, he is the only man who always disobeyed Mashwara! He always Make Mashwara as a Fun, like Dr. Awal! There’s thousands of incidents!
But You can always see him when any elders visit from Nizamuddin! Now it’s very open and known to all.
We are very worried and concerned about the Umamiath (Estamiyat) in America.
Umumi majma is talking about that special group which is created by themselves between National Sura Hazrat and regular workers. Brothers have been seeing that when there are joor/maswara, the special group never stay with Umumi majma and are always staying with Sura Hazrats (eating, sleeping etc.).
Umumi majma also realized that the tabka @ Engineer Abdur Rashid feels himself superior than regular brothers. Umumi majma found out that the special group pressurized our Hazratji again and again to make them North American Sura by passing our respected sura Hazrat. Our work is only for the sake of Allah, not to become an Amir or sura.
The umumi jamat keeps questioning about that special tabkah with the following questions
Through experience we have seen that most of them are not very active locally (mahalla and halaka). Their halaka keeps going down and our active brothers stay away from them because they show their superiority.
As a reminder, the markaz nizamuddin also formed the kind of group (cindicate) that likes to be sura themselves. When Hazratji dissolved all cindicates, they stood against him. That was the main problem of Nizamuddin Markaz. Barehal, we just place it for betterment of this work. They are also our brothers and our goal should be on how we can all do the work of Nabi (SAW) with Ikhlas. Our goal should not be any special tabka or group because we are all workers of Deen. We should all agree on whatever Mashwara is done.

Alhamdulillah. In Islam, Mashwara, is a crucial principle emphasized in the Quran and Sunnah (Prophet’s teachings). It refers to the act of seeking advice and counsel from others, especially in matters of collective importance or where diverse opinions are beneficial. The Quran emphasizes the importance of seeking counsel with others, particularly in matters of significance, both religious and worldly, to avoid errors and make wise choices. This principle is highlighted in Surah Ash-Shuraa (42:38), which describes the believers as those “whose affairs are decided by mutual consultation”.
