The court agreed with the Indian government that blacklisted Tablighi Jamaat foreigners could not claim the right of entry into India to break the Covid ban.
The Indian government also said that the blacklisted foreigners can move a representation to the Centre for reconsideration of its decision, without seeking judicial redress for removal of visa restrictions. Justice Khanwilkar said, “Naturally. There can be no further argument after that. It is a sovereign decision. These issues are better resolved politically. Those countries may take it up with this country…”
The foreign nationals were accused of violating the Covid protocols and visa norms by attending Tablighi Jamaat activities on a tourist visa. All foreigners have returned. Many of them resorted to plea bargain by accepting their guilt to leave the country, and some stood trial and got acquitted.
The Indian government on Wednesday defended its decision to blacklist 960 foreigners who of 35 countries who attended the Tablighi Jamaat event at Nizamuddin Markaz in Delhi in March 2020, saying they cannot claim a fundamental right to enter the country.
SC Bench said, “Here, the people came on tourist Visa, they came in from different countries, they were found to be congregated at one place, prima facie it was the view of the authority that they are engaging in activities which are prohibited from 2003. Tablighi activities are prohibited in several parts of the world. Person coming in as a tourist and doing something else is the ground on which the visa is cancelled. Visa is granted for specific purposes. If I enter on a student visa, I cannot do any other activity- that is how it is world over. Blacklisting would mean that he will not be permitted to enter the country and that is the sovereign right of any sovereign country. Right to enter the country cannot be traced back to article 14 or article 21 but at the most to article 19 which is the right to move freely within the territory. For moving, you have to enter. So entry is an extension of moving about. Article 19 is only for citizens, there is no right of any foreigner to ensure that he is allowed to enter and move about freely”
Justice Khanwilkar said, “If you come for religious purposes, there is a separate missionary visa. And missionary is not limited to one religion, it is a generic term.”

বিদেশী নাগরিকদের বিরুদ্ধে ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসায় তাবলিগী জামাতের কার্যক্রমে যোগ দিয়ে কোভিড প্রোটোকল এবং ভিসার নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ আনা হয়েছিল। সব বিদেশি ফিরে এসেছে। তাদের অনেকেই দেশ ত্যাগ করার জন্য তাদের অপরাধ স্বীকার করে দরখাস্তের দরকষাকষির আশ্রয় নেয় এবং কেউ কেউ বিচারের মুখোমুখি হয় এবং খালাস পায়।
ভারত সরকার বুধবার ২০২০ সালের মার্চ মাসে দিল্লির নিজামুদ্দিন মারকাজে তাবলিগী জামাত অনুষ্ঠানে যোগদানকারী ৩৫ টি দেশের মধ্যে ৯৬০ বিদেশীকে কালো তালিকাভুক্ত করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে এবং বলেছে যে তারা ভারতে প্রবেশের মৌলিক অধিকার দাবি করতে পারে না।
আদালত বলে, এখানে লোকেরা ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসায় এসেছিল, তারা বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে এসেছিল, তাদের এক জায়গায় জমায়েত হতে দেখা গেছে, প্রাথমিকভাবে এটি কর্তৃপক্ষের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ছিল যে তারা ২০০৩ সাল থেকে নিষিদ্ধ কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়িত। বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন অংশে নিষিদ্ধ। একজন পর্যটক হিসাবে আসা এবং অন্য কিছু করার জন্য ভিসা বাতিল করা হয়। ভিসা নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে দেওয়া হয়। আমি যদি স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় প্রবেশ করি, আমি অন্য কোনো কাজ করতে পারি না– সারা বিশ্বে এভাবেই চলছে। কালো তালিকাভুক্তির অর্থ হবে তাকে দেশে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না এবং এটি যে কোনো সার্বভৌম দেশের সার্বভৌম অধিকার। দেশে প্রবেশের অধিকারটি অনুচ্ছেদ ১৪ বা ২১ অনুচ্ছেদে ফিরে পাওয়া যায় না তবে সর্বাধিক ১৯ অনুচ্ছেদে যা ভূখণ্ডের মধ্যে অবাধে চলাফেরার অধিকার। সরানোর জন্য, আপনাকে প্রবেশ করতে হবে। তাই এন্ট্রি হল চলার সম্প্রসারণ। অনুচ্ছেদ ১৯ শুধুমাত্র ভারতীয় নাগরিকদের জন্য, কোন বিদেশীর কোন অধিকার নেই যে তাকে অবাধে প্রবেশ এবং চলাফেরা করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য “
বিচারপতি খানউইলকর বলেন, “আপনি যদি ধর্মীয় উদ্দেশ্যে আসেন, তাহলে আলাদা মিশনারি ভিসা আছে। এবং ধর্মপ্রচারক একটি ধর্মের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, এটি একটি generic term.”

Bismillah (The Month of March and April 2022)! Under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamuddin.
Alhamdulillah upon approval of National Mashura, our jamaat consisted of four brothers. Three from Philadelphia and one from New York. After arrival in Athens, we were received by the local brothers and Mufti Musa. With the mashura from the local brothers, and Mufti Musa, our first three days were spent in the masjid close to the airport.
After two days, we moved to Masjid Hamza located in Athens. At this location, our route was made with the mashura from the local brothers. Efforts were made from the various communities in Athens, including Afgans, Somalis, Paskistani, Bangladeshi, and Arabs.
Jamaat was then tashkeeled to Crete Island. After an eight hour ferry ride, we arrived in the city of Khania. We then spent one week working in Khania, Rythmnu, and Iraklion. A three day cash jamaat was prepared and joined us. Efforts were then made to restart five amaal in each of the masjids. While in Iraklion, a small area located approximately two hours away, a Pakistani community strongly requested a jamaat to come visit them. Note: two local brothers were ready to join us from Athens.
After returning back to Athens with fifteen to twenty local brothers, the Jamaat was sent to the Petra area. This area has approximately ten thousand Muslims with the majority being from Bangladesh. These brothers were working in labor camps that were harvesting strawberries. Each camp had approximately one hundred to two hundred brothers who lived there. There were also approximately fifty to sixty musalas that were built by the brothers. Efforts were made to visit as many musalas as possible and tashkeel for five amaal, forty day, and four month jamaats.
After returning back to Athens, jamaat was then sent to the Northern area of Greece by plane. This area is majority Turkish Muslim where the population speaks in the Turkish language. The cities we visited were Komontini, Xhanti, and Thessaloniki. Note: This is the only area of Greece that has established Masjids, adhan etc. Nussrah was given by local brothers who haven’t spent much time but are eager to do so. One four month brother was present but is currently working in Finland. A Turkish speaking jamaat or brothers would be highly reccomend and needed to work in this area as it will be extremely beneficial.
After returning back to Athens, jamaat spent the remaining two to three days working in Masjid Hamza until departure to the U.S.
Notes. Our Jamaat spent thirty days in Greece and the remaiming days were spent locally. The country of Greece has a mainland and many smaller islands surrounding. A jamaat can spend a substantial amount of time in certain areas. Many of the Muslims are Urdu, Bangla, Turkish, Arabic, and Somali speaking.

Tablighi Jamaat last congregation was held in March 2020 at the very beginning of CoVID-19, had remained shut since then again reopen in March 2022.
On April 15, 2021, the court had allowed 50 people to offer namaz five times a day at the Nizamuddin Markaz during Ramadan. The Delhi high court on Wednesday, March 16 2022 before Ramadan allowed the reopening of four floors of the mosque in the Nizamuddin Markaz building. It also removed all restrictions on the number of people who can offer prayers at the mosque.
Questioning the rationale behind limiting the number of devotees, Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri said, “Whose guess work was it? Has there been a restriction on the number of people? Where is the order of restrictions on the number? Once they say that they will maintain Covid protocol, then it is fine. It should be left to the wisdom of the devotees.”

Ila Orangun, City of Nigeria and also Ìlá Òràngún is an ancient city in Osun State, Nigeria. Osun State is called Land of Virtue. The 3-day regional ijtema of this “Land of Virtue” was held on 17-19 December, 2021.
Nigeria Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola had joined the Ijtema and performed Jummah prayer. Adegboyega Oyetola is a Nigerian politician and Governor of Osun State.

At the time of reporting, today December 17 2021, the Jamaat from Arab concluded its inaugural address at a 3-day Ijtema of Tablighi Jamaat in a rural area of Jessore, Bangladesh.
Netrokona District and Bhola District, Bangladesh 3-day Ijtema is being held on the same day. The Ijtema of those 3 districts of Bangladesh will be held simultaneously on December 17-19, 2021 under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamuddin.
Congo Ijtema 2021:
Apart from Muslim-majority Bangladesh, a similar three-day Ijtema is underway in the Muslim-minority Congo in Africa. Ijtema will be held on December 17-19, 2021 under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamuddin.
Kalemie Ijtema, Tanganyika Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo – Central Africa on 17th – 19th December 2021 in Kalemie Markaz.
Islam spread to the Republic of the Congo from North Africa in the mid-19th century. The Muslim community in the country is estimated at 1.5 percent of the population. A number of native Congolese have also converted to Islam over the years because of Tabligh Jama’at activities.
Gambia (Annual) Ijtema:
At the same time, a 3-day Ijtema is going on in Gambia the Muslim-majority country of Africa. Islam is the major religion in the Gambia, representing 95%. Tabligh Jama’at made strong efforts over there. They have a beautiful Central Markaz Masjid.

Muslims living in the United States, about 1.1 percent of the total U.S. population.
The beautiful constitution of the US protects freedom of religion. For that reason law abiding innocent Tablighi Jamaat followers enjoy their work.
Tabligh Jama’at is the largest Non-Political, Law abiding, Peaceful Muslim Organization around the Globe. It encourages Muslims to be better Muslims.
Followers of Tablighi Jama’at can be seen anywhere where the sun rises and the sun sets.
From the beginning this organization made efforts for the Muslims Ummah and has brought more and more Muslims everyday towards the mosques and change their family life, brought peace and happiness to their personal life as well as social life.
Hopefully the Saudi government will move away from its wrong decision. May Allah protect this blessed work.
মক্কা বিজয়ের জন্য হুদাইবিয়ার সন্ধি সংঘটিত হতে হয়েছিল।
হকের স্বভাব হল যে, এটি যত বেশি দমন করা হয় এবং হকের অনুসারীরা যত বেশি নির্যাতিত হয়, আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালার সাহায্য ততই নিকটবর্তী হয়।
এ বিষয়ে সূরা আল-বাকারার ২১৪ নম্বর আয়াত এবং সূরা ইউসুফের ১১০ নম্বর আয়াতটি দেখুন!
ইতিহাস আরও দেখায় যে, বাতিলের লোকেরা যতই তাদের প্রচেষ্টা জোরদার করেছিল, তত দ্রুত হক প্রবল হতে শুরু করেছিল।
মক্কা ও মদীনায় দীর্ঘ দিন ধরেই অনেকটা গোপনেই, বিভিন্ন বাড়ীতে দাওয়াতের মেহনত চলছিল। এখন সময় এসেছে প্রকাশ্যে মেহনতের!
আজ সেই মাইলফলককে চিহ্নিত করে আমাদের দাওয়াতে তাবলীগের মূল মারকাজকে মদীনা আল-মুনাওয়ারাহ-এ ফিরিয়ে আনার ও সেটা প্রত্যক্ষ করার খুব কাছাকাছি চলে এসেছি ইনশাআল্লাহ।
গত ২/৩ বছর আগেও নিজামউদ্দিন মারকাজ ও তার আমীরের বিরুদ্ধে দেওবন্দের ফতোয়া দুনিয়া জুড়ে হইচই পড়ে গিয়েছিল। অথচ এখন সম্পূর্ণ বিপরীত!
সৌদি সরকারও অচিরেই তার সুর পরিবর্তন করবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।

🌹 ایک قسم وہ ہوتی ہے جو حالات کا تاثر لے کر کام چھوڑ دیتی ہے ، ایک قسم جذبے میں آ کر سوالات کے جوابات دینے میں لگ جائے گی ۔
🌹 سوالات کام سے غافل کرنے کے لئے ہوتے ہیں ، اُنہیں معلوم ہے کہ اگر اِن کو سوال جواب میں مشغول نہ کیا گیا تو اُن کی اپنے کام کی مشغولی کام کو آگے بڑھا دے گی ۔
🌹جو رکاوٹ بنے گا اللّٰہ اس سے خود نمٹیں گے اور جو معین بنے گا ، یہ تمہارے کام آئے گا ۔
🌹تہمتیں اور سوالات یہ دونوں چیزیں انبیاء کو پیش آتی تھیں۔
🌹تہمتیں اس لئے لگاتے ہیں کہ عوام کا اعتماد ختم ہو جائے۔
🌹تہمتیں اس لئے لگائی جاتی ہیں تاکہ کام کرنے والے عوام کے درمیان کام کے قابل نہ رہیں۔حالانکہ تہمتوں کی وجہ سے عوام متوجہ ہوتے ہیں ۔
🌹جتنا متہم ( تہمت زدہ ) کرتے ہیں اتنا تعارف ہوتا ہے کام کا ، نبی کو پاگل ، کاہن اور جادوگر کہا جاتا تھا تو لوگ دیکھنے آتے تھے کون ہے !!
🌹سوالات کام سے پیچھے ہٹانے کے لئے ہوتے ہیں ، متاثر ہو کر کام چھوڑ کر جواب دینے میں نہ پھنسیں ۔
🌹تہمت لگانے اور سوالات کرنے والوں کو معذور سمجھ کر ان کے لئے دعا کرتے رہیں ۔
🌹حالات داعی کی استقامت دیکھنے کے لیے آتے ہیں۔ جو بھی حال آئے اس کو کام کے لئے مفید سمجھو ! حال کو کام کے لئے مضر نہ سمجھیں ! حال سے داعی مایوس نہیں ہونا چاہئے ۔
🌹جب بھی کوئی حال آئے وعدوں پر اور انجام پر اور انتہا پر نظر ہو ، حال پر نہیں !ایسا ہوا تو بیچ کی تمام مشکلات خواب ہو جاتی ہیں ۔
🌹مخلوق (حکمران ، عہدیدار ، علم والے ) کی تائید اس کام میں اس لئے لی جاتی ہے تاکہ کام میں ان کا بھی حصہ لگے ، یہ ان کی اپنی سعادت کے لئے ہے کام کو ان کی تائید کی ضرورت نہیں ، کام مستغنی ہے دین کی طرح !!اسلام بہت بادشاہ مذہب ہے ، اسلام کو مسلمان کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ، مسلمان کو اسلام کی ضرورت ہے ۔
🌹اللہ تعالیٰ ستانے والوں کو نہیں دیکھتے ہیں ، اللّٰہ تو ہدایت کا ذریعہ بننے والوں کو دیکھتے ہیں کہ یہ کیا کرتے ہیں ، ان کا صبر دیکھتے ہیں ۔ تقوے کے بغیر صابر مظلوم نہیں ظالم ہے ۔
🌹مومن گرتا رہے گا اور اٹھتا رہے گا ، باطل گرے گا تو ہمیشہ کے لئے گرے گا ، باطل ایسا مضبوط نظر آتا ہے کہ لگتا ہے کہ یہ کبھی نہیں گرے گا ، پر جب گرتا ہے تو ہمیشہ کے لئے گرتا ہے ۔
🌹شیطان یہ خیال ڈالے گا کہ مخلوق اس کام کو ختم کر دے گی ، حالانکہ یہ کام خالق کا ہے ، ایسا کیسے ہو سکتا ہے کہ اللہ کے کام کو مخلوق ختم کر دے ۔
🌹دلائل سے نہیں عمل سے کام کو سمجھاؤ ، دلائل تو کمزور ہوتے ہیں ، جو کام سے گزرے گا وہ کام کو سمجھے گا ۔
🌹اس کام کی ذلت سے گزرے بغیر اس کام کی عزت تک نہیں پہنچ سکتے ۔
🌹غیروں سے انتقام کا جذبہ نہ ہو گا ، اور ان کے مال کی حرص نہ ہو گی تب ہم باطل پر غالب آئیں گے ۔

When there is an obstacle in the way of truth it comes to manifest the power of truth, not to offend the truth!!
After taking the influence of the circumstances of weak faith, they think that work cannot be done now.
It is not possible for the creation to end the work of Allah.
There is a kind of person who leaves work after taking the impression of the circumstances, a kind of person will get involved in answering questions.
Questions are meant to be ignored by work, they know that if they are not engaged in the question and answer, their busy work will be pushed forward.
Allah will deal with the obstacle himself and whatever will be determined, it will be useful to you.
Criticisms and questions, these two things were presented to the prophets.
They blame so that the trust of the people is gone.
Criticisms are made so that the working people are not able to work among the working people. However, because of the criticisms, the public gets attention.
As much as you do (accuse) the more you introduce the work, the Prophet was called mad, cleric and magician, so people used to come to see who he is!!
Questions are meant to be pushed back from work, don’t get stuck in answering after leaving the work after being impressed.
Continue to pray for those who accuse and ask questions, and trying to stop the work.
Circumstances come to see the persistence of the preacher. Whatever the situation may be, consider it useful for work! Don’t think the situation is harmful for work! The claimant should not be disappointed from the situation.
Whenever a situation comes, look at the promises, the end and the end, not the situation! If this happens, all the difficulties in between become a dream.
The support of the creatures (rulers, officials, knowledgeable) is taken in this work so that they can also participate in the work, this is for their own happiness. The work does not need their support, the work is compulsory like the religion. !! Islam is a very king religion, Islam does not need Muslims, Muslims need Islam.
Allah does not look at those who persecute, Allah looks at those who become the source of guidance what they do, He sees their patience. Patience without piety is not the oppressed, he is the oppressor.
A believer will keep falling and rising, a falsehood will fall forever, an falsehood looks so strong that it seems to never fall, but when it falls, it falls forever.
Satan will think that the creature will end this work, although this work is of the Creator, how can it be that the creation of Allah will end the work of the creature.
Explain the work by action, not by arguments. Arguments are weak. The one who will pass the work will understand the work.
You can’t reach the honor of this work without going through the humiliation of this work.
There will be no passion for revenge from the strangers, and there will be no greed for their wealth, then we will overcome falsehood.
বাংলাঃ
তাবলিগী জামাতের আমির হযরত জি মাওলানা মুহাম্মদ সাদ সাহাব দামাত বারাকাতুহুমের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি সম্পর্কে মহান অনুপ্রেরণার সারাংশ।
আল্লাহ এভাবেই প্রতিবন্ধকতার মধ্য দিয়ে দায়ীর পরীক্ষা নেন।
যখন সত্যের পথে বাধা আসে তখন সত্যের শক্তি প্রকাশ করতে আসে, সত্যকে আঘাত করতে নয়!!
দুর্বল ঈমানের পরিস্থিতির প্রভাবে তারা মনে করে এখন কাজ করা যাবে না।
সৃষ্টির পক্ষে আল্লাহর কাজ শেষ করা সম্ভব নয়।
এক ধরনের লোক আছে যারা পরিস্থিতির আভাস পেয়ে কাজ ছেড়ে দেয়, এক ধরণের ব্যক্তি প্রশ্নের উত্তরে জড়িয়ে পড়ে।
প্রশ্ন মানেই কাজকে উপেক্ষা করা, তারা জানে প্রশ্নোত্তরে নিয়োজিত না থাকলে তাদের ব্যস্ততার কাজ এগিয়ে যাবে।
আল্লাহ নিজেই প্রতিবন্ধকতা মোকাবেলা করবেন এবং যা নির্ধারণ করবেন, তা আপনার কাজে লাগবে।
সমালোচনা ও প্রশ্ন, এই দুটি জিনিস নবীদের সামনে পেশ করা হয়েছিল।
তারা দোষারোপ করে যাতে মানুষের আস্থা নষ্ট হয়।
দীনের দায়ীদের মানুষের মধ্যে কাজ করতে না পারার জন্য সমালোচনা করা হয়। যাইহোক, সমালোচনার কারণে, মানুষের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে।
আপনি যতই (অভিযোগ) করেন ততই কাজের পরিচয় দেন, নবীকে পাগল, আলেম ও যাদুকর বলা হতো, তাই লোকে দেখতে আসত কে তিনি!!
প্রশ্নগুলি কাজ থেকে পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার জন্যই বোঝানো হয়, প্রভাবিত হয়ে কাজ ছেড়ে দেওয়ার পরে উত্তর দিতে আটকে যাবেন না।
যারা অভিযোগ করে এবং প্রশ্ন ও সমালোচনা করে কাজ বন্ধ করতে চায়, তাদের জন্য প্রার্থনা করা চালিয়ে যান!
পরিস্থিতি আসে দায়ীদের হালত দেখার জন্য, তাদের পরীক্ষার জন্য! পরিস্থিতি যাই হোক না কেন, কাজের জন্য সেটাকেই উপযুক্ত বিবেচনা করুন! পরিস্থিতিকে কাজের জন্য ক্ষতিকর মনে করবেন না! দায়ীদের পরিস্থিতি দেখে হতাশ হওয়া উচিত নয়!
যখনই পরিস্থিতি আসে, আললাহর ওয়াদা, শেষ এবং শেষের দিকে তাকান, পরিস্থিতি নয়! এমনটা হলে মাঝখানের সব অসুবিধা স্বপ্নে পরিণত হবে!
এই কাজে শাসক, কর্মকর্তা, জ্ঞানীদের সহায়তা নেওয়া হয় যাতে তারাও কাজে অংশ নিতে পারে, এটি তাদের নিজের মংগলের জন্য। কাজের জন্য তাদের সমর্থনের প্রয়োজন নেই, কাজটি ধর্মের মতোই বাধ্যতামূলক। !! ইসলাম সেরা ধর্ম। ইসলামের মুসলমানের প্রয়োজন নেই, মুসলমানের জন্য ইসলাম দরকার।
যারা অত্যাচার করে আল্লাহ তাদের দিকে তাকায় না, আল্লাহ তাদের দিকে তাকায় যারা হেদায়েতের উৎস হয়ে যায় তারা যা করে, তিনি তাদের ধৈর্য দেখেন। তাকওয়া ব্যতীত ধৈর্যধারণকারী অত্যাচারী নয়, সে অত্যাচারী।
একজন বিশ্বাসী কখনো বিপদে পড়বে এবং কখনো ভাল থাকবে। কিন্ত মিথ্যা চিরকালের জন্য পড়ে যাবে, একটি মিথ্যা এত শক্তিশালী দেখায় যে এটি কখনই পড়ে না বলে মনে হয়, কিন্তু যখন এটি পড়ে, তখন এটি চিরতরে পড়ে যায়।
শয়তান ভাববে আল্লাহর সৃষ্টি জীব এই কাজ শেষ করে দেবে, যদিও এই কাজ সৃষ্টিকর্তার, এটা কিভাবে হতে পারে যে আল্লাহর সৃষ্টি জীব এই কাজ শেষ করবে।
কর্মের দ্বারা কাজ ব্যাখ্যা করুন, যুক্তি দ্বারা নয়। যুক্তি দুর্বল। যে এই কাজে সেই জয়ী হবে, যে কাজ করবে এবং যে কাজ বুঝবে।
এই কাজ করতে যেয়ে আপনি অপমানিত না হয়ে এই কাজের সম্মানে পৌঁছাতে পারবেন না।
অপরিচিতদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নেওয়ার আবেগ থাকবে না এবং তাদের সম্পদের প্রতি লোভ থাকবে না, তাহলে আমরা মিথ্যাকে জয় করব।

আল্লাহর প্রশংসা, আজ আহলে বসিরত উলামায়ে কেরাম বসে আন্তরিকতা নিয়ে এই ষড়যন্ত্র ব্যর্থ করেছেন।
নিচের Urdu document ও তাতে দস্তখত থেকে দেখা যায়, পাকিস্তানের সোয়াবি জেলায় কারা ঐক্য প্রদর্শন করেছেন। ফলে পাকিস্তানের সোয়াবি জেলার কাজের উপর কোনো নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকবে না। কেউ নিজামুদ্দিনের (মাওলানা সাদ কান্ধলভী সাহেব) নির্দেশে বা রায়উইন্ডের নির্দেশে তার দাওয়াত চালিয়ে গেলে কিছু যায় আসে না।
কাউকে একে অপরের মেহনতে হস্তক্ষেপ, মসজিদ থেকে বের করে দেওয়া এবং অন্যান্য ধরনের দাঙ্গার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না। সম্মানিত ওলামাদের দস্তখত সহ নির্দেশনা আছে কাগজটিতে।

The Delhi High Court directed a joint inspection on last November 16, 2021 by Delhi police and Waqf Board.
The Delhi HC issued the directive following an application by the Waqf Board to reopen Nizamuddin Markaz.
The World Tabligh Markaz which has remained shut since March 31, 2020.
The Delhi HC directed the Delhi Police and Waqf Board to inspect and demarcate the prayer, congregation and hostel areas of the Nizamuddin Markaz.
Earlier in April 15, 2021 , the Delhi High Court had allowed 50 people to pray at the Nizamuddin Markaz Mosque five times a day during the holy month of Ramadan.
For this court direction even though the Nizamuddin Markaz Mosque prayer place is open, but the religious gatherings places (the Masjid Bangley Wali), Madrasa Kashif-ul-Uloom, and attached hostel (student halls) are still closed.
Earlier The Delhi High Court on August 23, 2021 ordered the police to hand over the keys of the residential portion of the Nizamuddin Markaz to the mother of Tablighi Jamaat chief (Amir) Maulana Muhammad Saad within two days. The residential part of the Nizamuddin Markaz building is belongs to Maulana Saad’s mother property.

যারই ধারাবাহিকতায় অদৃশ্য শক্তি ভারতের দারুল উলুম দেওবন্দ এর বর্তমান প্রধানকে ব্যাবহার করে। ভারতের মোদী সরকারকে ঘনিষ্ট ওলামা–আস–সূ মুফতি খ্যাত কাজ্জাব “ওজাহাত কাসেমী” কে দিয়ে তাবলীগের বিশ্ব আমীর হযরত মাওলানা সাদ সাব দাঃবাঃ এর বিরুদ্ধে কাটপিস বয়ান দিয়ে ফতোয়া চেয়ে এই মোবারক মেহনতের ধবংসের সূচনা করে।
অদৃশ্য শক্তি পাকিস্তানের কতিপয় ওলামা–আস–সূ ও ভারতের গুজরাট এর জনাব আহমদ লাট কে তাদের আইডল হিসাবে ২০১৬ সালে আনুষ্ঠানিক কাজ শুরু করলেও, ভারতের নিজামুদ্দিন মারকাজ দখলে ব্যর্থ হয়ে বিভিন্ন কৌশল খুঁজতে থাকে। এমনকি পাকিস্তানেও তারা সুবিধা করতে না পেরে, ভারত ও পাকিস্তানের পর তারা বাংলাদেশ কে বেছে নেয়।

নিউইয়র্ক শহরে তাবলীগের সাথীদের খুবই কাছের মানুষ ছিলেন এই ড. আওয়াল। একই সংগে দাওয়াতের কাজের সুবাদে বাংলাদেশ সহ পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন দেশে রয়েছে তার ব্যাপক পরিচিতি। তাছাড়া ড. আওয়াল Bangladesh Youth Environmental Initiative (BYEI) এর Advisory Board এর সদস্য হিসাবে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সাথে রয়েছে সখ্যতা। এ সকল বিষয় বিবেচনায় অদৃশ্য শক্তি ড. আওয়ালের সহায়তায় প্রথম সফলতা পায়। শুরু হয় বিশ্ব ব্যাপী আলমী শুরার অফিসিয়াল সফলতা। পৃথিবীর মধ্যে প্রথম নিউইয়র্ক শহরের মারকাজ দখলের মধ্য দিয়ে ফেতনা বাজ আলমী শুরা তাদের কব্জায় নেয় নিজামুদ্দিনের মারকাজ মসজিদ ” আল–ফালাহ“। ২০১৭ সালে পৃথিবীর প্রথম আলমী শুরার সফল ইজতেমাও করেন এই ড. আওয়াল আমেরিকার পেনসিলভেনিয়া, যেখানে মাওঃ ইবরাহীম দৌলা সাহেবকে ভারত থেকে আনা হয়। ২০১৭ সালে কানাডার অন্টারিও তে পাকিস্তানের মাওঃ তারিক জামিল সাহেবকে দিয়ে আলমী শুরার প্রথম সফল জোড় করান এই ড. আওয়াল। একের পর এক সফলতার পর ড. আওয়ালকে দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হয় ২০১৭ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা টঙ্গীর মাঠ দখল ও বিশ্ব ইজতেমায় আমীর মাওঃ সাদ সাহেবের বাংলাদেশ আগমন ঠেকানোর।
ড. আওয়াল আমেরিকার নিউজার্সির একজন সিনেটর এর চিঠি ব্যাবহার করে ২0১৭ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমায় আমীর মাওঃ সাদ সাহেবের ভিসা বন্ধ করার চেষ্টা করেন। কিন্ত ভিসা বন্ধ করতে না পারায় ড. আওয়াল ঐ বছরই হেফাজত আমীর শফি সাহেবের সাথে দেখা করেন। এবং তার নিজ ছেলের পক্ষের আত্মীয় খেলাফত মজলিশের মাহফুজুল হক ও মামুনুল হকদের সহ হেফাজত নেতাদের সাথে ২০১৭ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা বন্ধ করার জন্য একাধিক কৌশল নেন। যেটা ২০১৭ বিশ্ব ইজতেমার পর আমেরিকা ফিরে মসজিদ আল–ফালাহ তে নিজ মুখে বয়ান করেন। এ কাজে নিউইয়র্ক শহরের দাওয়াতুল হকের মুফতি জনাব জামাল উদ্দিন তাকে সহায়তা করেন। আর একই সময়ে দাওয়াতুল হকের বাংলাদেশের আমীর মাহমুদুল হাসান সাহেবকেও ব্যাবহার করেন। জানা যায়, জনাব মাহমুদুল হাসান সাহেব ও নিউইয়র্ক এর মুফতি জামাল উদদীন পরস্পর আত্মীয়। আর অন্যদিকে খোদ সরকারের স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর পীর সাহেব হলেন জনাব মাহমুদুল হক সাহেব।
ইত্যাদি বিষয় কাজে লগিয়ে ২০১৭ সালের বিফলতা ২০১৮ সালের সফলতা বয়ে আনে। রাতারাতি হিরো বনে যান আলমী গুরু ড. আওয়াল। স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীকে কাজে লাগিয়ে ভারতে ফিরিয়ে দেন ওয়ার্ল্ড আমীর মাওঃ সাদ সাহেবকে।
এই সকল ধারাবাহিকতায় আলমী শুরা “ওজাহাতি জোড়ের” নামে মাদ্রাসার ছাএদের দিয়ে একের পর এক মসজিদ, মারকাজ দখল শুরু করে। কাকরাইল মারকাজে মাওঃ যোবায়ের ও সৈয়দ ওসিফুল ইসলাম কে নিষিদ্ধ করলেও, এই স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী পুলিশ পাহারায় মাওঃ যোবায়ের কে কাকরাইল মসজিদে আসা যাওয়ার সুযোগ করে দেয়। একের পর এক বাধার মুখেও সরকারের উচ্চ মহল, তাবলীগের মূলধারার সাথীদের সহযোগিতা না করে, উৎসাহিত করতে থাকে হেফাজতের ছএছায়ায় থাকা আলমী শুরাদের।
এমতাবস্থায় ধর্ম মন্ত্রণালয় গত কয়েকমাস আগে একটি সুন্দর পরিপএ জারী করলেও স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর হস্তক্ষেপে পরদিন পরিপএটির অকাল মৃত্যু ঘটে। কাকরাইলে জ্যামার বসানো সহ মূলধারার শুরাদের মারপিটের বিষয়েও সরকারের নিরবতা জাতিকে ভাবিয়ে তোলে।
জেলায় জেলায় সফল ইজতেমা বন্ধ করতে স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী দুই পক্ষের সাথে মাএ কয়েক সপ্তাহ আগে বৈঠক করেন। বিশ্ব ইজতেমা সহ জেলা ইজতেমা, ওজাহাতি জোড়, ওয়াজ–মাহফিলে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করেন। তাবলীগের মূলধারার সাথীগন সব মেনে নিলেও, ওজাহাতি জোড় চলছেই।
টঙ্গীর ময়দানে মূলধারার তাবলীগ সাথীদের ৫ দিনের জোড় বন্ধ করার জন্য মাদরাসার ছাএদের দিয়ে ওলামা–আস–সূ গন গত ২ সপ্তাহ যাবত টঙ্গী মাঠ গেট বন্ধ করে পুলিশী সহয়তায় দখলদার বাহিনীর মতো দখল করে আছে, অথচ নিরহ মূলধারার সাথীগন যখন গত ৩/৪ দিন আগে সরকারের সহায়তা চেয়ে ঢাকায় সাংবাদিক সম্মেলন করলেন, প্রধান মন্ত্রীর সরাসরি সহায়তা কামনা করলেন, যখন দেশী–বিদেশী পএিকায় এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ পেল, তার পরও সরকার ও স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী নিরব কেন? কেন গত সপ্তাহে সরকার কোন ব্যাবস্থা নিলেন না বরং হেফাজত জংগীদের পুলিশ পাহারার ব্যাবস্থা করে দিলেন?
এসবের মানে কি? সরকারের জংগী কানেকশন হেফাজত। তাদের দিয়েই সরকার আগামীতে দেশ শাসন করতে চায়।
আমরা কি টঙ্গীর হত্যা কান্ডের জন্য স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীকে দায়ী করতে পারি না?
আমরা কি হেফাজত ও তাদের দোসর ওলামা–আস–সূ দের এই হত্যা কান্ডের জন্য দায়ী করতে পারি না?
কি ভাবে ড. আওয়াল এই হত্যা কান্ডের দায় হতে মুক্তি পেতে পারে? বাংলাদেশে এই বিশৃঙ্খলার জন্য অন্যতম দায়ীদের একজন সে। হলিঅটিজান হত্যা কান্ডে তার নাম এলেও এ ভাবে সে বাদ পড়ে যায়।
তাহলে কি আমরা বলবো অদৃশ্য শক্তির কাছে দাওয়াতে তাবলীগের এই মোবারক মেহনত একদিন থেমে যাবে?

তিনি আজ মাগরিবের পরে, ২৫ নভেম্বর, ২০২১, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের নিউইয়র্কের একটি হাসপাতালে মারা যান। তিনি একজন অত্যন্ত ধার্মিক মহিলা ছিলেন এবং আল্লাহর পথে প্রচুর ত্যাগ ও সফর করেছিলেন।
আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা) তাকে ক্ষমা করুন, তাকে কবরে শান্তি দিন, তার জান্নাত মঞ্জুর করুন।

মৃতার মৃতদেহ নিউইয়র্কের হাসপাতাল মর্গে রয়েছে। আগামীকাল Darul Uloom New York-এ জুম্মার পর জানাজা শেষে বিমানে করে মরদেহ বাংলাদেশে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে।
বাংলাদেশের হযরত শুরা হযরত, ভাই ওয়াসিফুল ইসলাম সাহেব আহলিয়া (রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহা) এর জানাযার নামাজ ২৬ নভেম্বর রবিবার কাকরাইল মসজিদে মাগরিবের নামাজের পর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।

She was a very pious woman and did lots of sacrifice & Safar in the Path of Allah (SWT).

The funeral prayers of Hazrat Shura Hazrat, brother Wasiful Islam Sahib Ahlia (Rahmatullahi Alaiha) of Bangladesh will be held on Sunday, November 26, after Maghrib prayers at Kakrail Mosque InshaAllah.

My own experience tells me that the most Muslim unity I have found practically is in jamaat.
These are my personal thoughts.
I have had Muslims of all Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbali, Maliki, Arab, non-Arab, Punjabi, Sindhi, Baloch, Hyderabadi, Bengali, Malaysian, Bosnian, Muslims of all colors, sizes and shapes. I have had many Muslims from diverse backgrounds as colleagues in my jamaats – not a single issue was ever raised.
There was never any single issue, why? We never discuss peripheral issues, I never asked them why they do Raf Al Yadain and they never asked me why I dont say ameen out loud. We know both are sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ
We go to visit other Muslims brothers and get them to come to the masjid and take part in the service of deen. As for the people we go to visit we dont care who they are or how they look or what background they come from. It is totally irrelevant to us.
I have had some very pious colleagues on jamaat and some very………… type of people, I have no doubt that my personality presented some big challenges to others also, but the differences didn’t matter.
My fellow jamaati’s have been from all walks of life and all types, some who were habitual in ……………, some who had disgusting habits in eating, some who slept through taleem.
We just accept people how they are. Maulana Ilyas Rh. has rightly said “IT IS LIKE A WASHERMAN PLATFORM ALL TYPE OF DIRTY CLOTH COME HERE”
We have some principles we teach each other like, don’t discuss Peripheral issue, current affiars, don’t ask from others, don’t use peoples things without asking their permission etc.
We have these usool, principles, in place to avoid conflict but as far as the differences in each other we overlook all of those for the greater good – the service of deen. We got along great and are still friends today. We still share stories, “O man remember we went to that masjid and the lights went out and blah blah….”
This is the amaal, practical demonstration of Muslim unity and not the conference seminars on Muslim unity. Although I highly appreciate if someone organise a seminar on Muslim Unity as it is much needed for Ummah.
What I learned from Tabligh?
“This dunya is like a shadow. If you try to catch it, you will never be able to do so. If you turn your back towards it, it has no choice but to follow you.”
The Story of Abu Ayub Ansari R.A.-Lesson for the Ummah.
Abu Ayub Ansari R.A. was lying in bed at the age of 96.
It was announced, “O people, go forth in the path of Allah. Abu Ayyub Ansari asked his companions,” Shall I go out with you in the way of Allah? “
The companions of the Prophet explained a lot to him. He will not be able to walk with them because of his old age and weakness.
He did not agree to such an excuse.
Ayub Ansari said, “Only one verse of the Qur’an, that can’t keep me away from the path of Allah. Whether you are light or heavy, and go out in the way of Allah with your wealth and life, is that better for you if you understand?”
This Companion of the Prophet said to his companions, “Bury my body somewhere far away.”
He said to his companions before his death, “On the Day of Judgment, I can tell Allah that I have walked in your path while I am alive. And my body has walked in your path even after death.”
Allah has accepted the prayer of Ayub Ansari R.A.
And so today His grave is in the Istanbul, far from the Arab world.

“এই দুনিয়া একটা ছায়ার মত। তুমি যদি একে ধরার চেষ্টা করো, তুমি কখনোই তা পারবে না। তুমি যদি এর দিক থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও, তবে তোমাকে অনুসরণ করা ছাড়া এর কোন উপায় নেই।“
সাহাবারা এই সত্য উপলব্ধি করেছিলেনঃ
আবু আইয়ুব আনসারী ৯৬ বছর বয়সে অসুস্থ হয়ে বিছানায় শুয়ে ছিলেন। ঘোষণা করা হয়েছিল যে, হে মানুষ তোমরা আল্লাহর পথে বের হও। আবু আইয়ুব আনিসারী তার সাথীদের জিজ্ঞেস করলেন আমিও তোমাদের সাথে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় বের হবো। সাহাবীরা অনেক বুঝিয়ে দিল তুমি দুর্বল। অসুস্থ হলে সেটা অজুহাত নয়। আইয়ুব আনসারী বলেন কোরআনের একটি আয়াত আমাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিরত রাখতে পারবে না। তোমরা হালকা হও বা ভারী হও, আর বের হও আল্লাহর পথে তোমাদের ধন–সম্পদ ও জীবন নিয়ে, এটাই তোমাদের জন্য উত্তম যদি তোমরা বুঝ?
৯৬ বছর বয়সে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় বের হয়ে আমার সাথীদের বললাম আমি মারা গেলে আমার লাশটা আল্লাহর রাস্তায় নিয়ে এসো দূর থেকে আমাকে কবর দিও কাল কেয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিনকে বলিও হে আল্লাহ আমি যখন জীবিত ছিলাম তখন তোমার পথে হাটছিলাম, আর মরে গেলে আমার লাশটাও তোমার পথে হাটছিল। আবু আইয়ুব আনসারীর কবর তুরস্কের ইস্তাম্বুলে। আল্লাহ আমাদের সকলকে মহান দ্বীনের ও মেহনতের জন্য কবুল করুন। *আমিন

Organizing a surprise ijtema that no one has ever seen. The lucky ones who have reached the Ijtema ground are shedding tears and just giving thanks to Allah.
No one knew where the Ijtema would be. Just knew when. Companions are simply told, “Be prepared.”
At midnight on 18 November 2021, it was announced where to gather. An announcement was made to join the place called “Kaiya Bill” of Gutudia Union No. 13 of Dumuria upazila of Khulna district.
Before Fajr the crowds meet in an unprepared open field. Ijtema Maidan is prepared in a short time. Ijtema begins with Aam Bayan.
District Ijtema has not been held for the last 3 years for fear of devastated ‘Alami Shura’. And so the decision came from elders.
At the time of reporting, it is known that more than one lakh people gathered at the Ijtema ground for Jumma prayers today. About 200 Jama’at ready for the path of Allah. One 4 months, deaf brothers Jama’at is in the Ijtema field. And two more have been formed from Ijtema InshaAllah.
A Jamaat from Sri Lanka is working in the Ijtema field.
Yesterday, young Mufti Osama’s bayan brought tears to the eyes of the Tablighi followers. Kakrail sura Hazrat Maulana Mosaraf is in the Ijtema. Tomorrow 20th November, Saturday will be the final Dua.
Mr Tuhin, chairman of the local union council, said his council and police were providing security for the Ijtema.
It is mention that this gathering is going on under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamuddin.

অবাক এক আয়োজনে খুলনা জেলার ইজতেমাঃ
এমন অবাক ইজতেমার আয়োজন যা কখনো কেউ দেখিনি। ইজতেমা ময়দানে যারা সৌভাগ্যবানরা পৌঁছেছেন তারা চোখের জল ফেলছেন এবং আল্লাহর শুকরিয়া আদায় করছেন। কেউ জানতো না কোথায় ইজতেমা হবে। শুধু জানতো কখন হবে! সাথীদের শুধু বলা হয়, “প্রস্তুত থেকো“।
১৮ নভেম্বর ২০২১ মাঝ রাতে জানানো হয় কোথায় জড়ো হতে হবে। খুলনা জেলার ডুমুরিয়া উপজেলার ১৩ নং গুটুদিয়া ইউনিয়নের ‘কইয়া বিল’ নামক স্থানে আসার ঘোষণা দেওয়া হয়। ফজরের আগে জনতার স্রোত মিলিত হয় অপ্রস্তুত একটি খোলা ময়দানে। সবলপ সময়ের মধ্যেই তৈয়ার হয় ময়দান। আম বয়ানের মধ্য দিয়ে শুরু হয় ইজতেমা।
বিধ্বস্ত ‘আলমী শুরা’র ভয়ে গত ৩ বছর ধরে জেলা ইজতেমা হচ্ছে না। আর তাই এমন সিদ্ধান্ত এসেছে বড়দের কাছ থেকে।
এ রিপোর্ট লেখা পর্যন্ত জুমার নামাজের জন্য ইজতেমা মাঠে এক লাখের বেশি লোকের সমাগম হয়েছে। প্রায় ২০০ জামায়াত আল্লাহর পথে প্রস্তুত। বধির ভাইদের তিন চিল্লার জামাত ইজতেমার মাঠে আছে এবং ইজতেমা থেকে আরো দুটি তৈরি হয়েছে। শ্রীলঙ্কার একটি জামাত ইজতেমার মাঠে কাজ করছে।
গতকাল তরুণ মুফতি ওসামার বয়ান তাবলিগ অনুসারীদের চোখে জল এনেছিল। কাকরাইলের শুরা হযরত মাওঃ মোশাররফ সাহেব ইজতেমা ময়দানে আছেন। আগামীকাল ২০ নভেম্বর দোয়ার মাধ্যমে ইজতেমা শেষ হবে।
স্থানীয় ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান জনাব তুহিন বলেন, তার কাউন্সিল ও পুলিশ ইজতেমার নিরাপত্তা দিচ্ছেন।
উল্লেখ্য, বিশ্ব মারকাজ নিজামুদ্দিনের নির্দেশনায় এই সমাবেশ চলছে।

Upcoming three-day regional Ijtema is set to began on Thursday November 18, 2021. Ijtema of the following 3 districts will end next Saturday, November 20, 2021 with the final Dua.
(1) The Hill District Khagrachari Ijtema will be held on the banks of the Chengi River. (November 18,19,20)
(2) Kushtia District Ijtema: (November 18,19,20)
(3) Bandarban District Ijtema: (November 18,19,20). This is very beautiful Hill District in Bangladesh.
একই দিনে বাংলাদেশে শুরু হচ্ছে ৩ জেলার ৩ দিন ব্যাপী জেলা ইজতেমা। আগামী ১৮–১৯–২০ নভেম্বর, ২০২১ একযোগে ইজতেমা চলবে ইনশাআল্লাহ। খাগড়াছড়ি, কুষ্টিয়া ও বান্দরবান জেলার ৩ দিনের ইজতেমা বিশ্ব মার্কাজ Nizamuddin এর গাইড লাইনে চলবে।

The militants Hefazat started occupying the mosque, markaz from 2018. Although this unfair act was first started by Dr. Awal in 2017, with the occupying of the Markaz Mosque in New York. At that time the followers of Nizamuddin were expelled from the Masjid Al-Falah.
Hefazat leader Mahfuzul Haque was nominated as a first Amir of Kakrail Mosque in 2018 by Dr. Awal. Even though Mahfuzul Haque never was an active Tablighi. তাবলিগ জামাত বিশ্বের বৃহত্তম অরাজনৈতিক, আইন মেনে চলা, শান্তিপ্রিয় মুসলিম সংগঠন। এটা মুসলমানদেরকে আরো ভালো মুসলিম হতে উৎসাহিত করে।
তাবলিগী জামাতের অনুসারীদের সূর্য উদয় এবং সূর্যাস্তের যেকোনো স্থানে দেখা যায়।
এই সংগঠনটি শুরু থেকেই মুসলিম উম্মাহর জন্য কাজ করে যাচ্ছে এবং প্রতিদিন আরও বেশি সংখ্যক মুসলমানকে মসজিদের দিকে নিয়ে আসছে, তাদের পারিবারিক জীবন পরিবর্তন করছে, তাদের ব্যক্তিজীবনের পাশাপাশি সামাজিক জীবনে শান্তি ও সুখ আনছে।
দুঃখজনক হলেও সত্য এই সংগঠনটি এখন স্বদেশে বেশি অবহেলিত।(IBP: ভারত-বাংলাদেশ-পাকিস্তান)
খুব সাম্প্রতিক এই সংস্থাটি ২০২০ সালের মার্চ মাসে মহামারী চলাকালীন ভারত সরকার দ্বারা অন্যায়ভাবে নির্যাতিত হয়েছিল।
আরো বেশি দুঃখজনক, এই সংগঠনের আমিরকে ২০১৮ সালে বাংলাদেশ সফরের সময় জঙ্গিদের হাতে অপমানিত হতে হয়েছিল। সরকারের নীরবতায় জঙ্গি “হেফাজতে ইসলাম” এই কাজ করেছিল। সে সময় সরকারের সঙ্গে জঙ্গিদের জোট ছিল।
সংগঠনটি গত ২০১৬ সালের শেষ দিক থেকে (IBP) পাকিস্তান, বাংলাদেশ এবং ভারতীয় ষড়যন্ত্রের শিকার হয়েছে।
পাকিস্তানি ফাহিম ও বাংলাদেশি আমেরিকান ডাঃ আওয়ালের নেতৃত্বে ভারতের আলমী গুরু আহমেদ লাট ও ইব্রাহিম দৌলার নামের সাইনবোর্ড ব্যবহার করে সম্প্রতি বিধস্ত “আলমী শুরা” নামে একটি দেশী-বিদেশী চক্র ষড়যন্ত্র শুরু করে।
এত ষড়যন্ত্রের পরও এক আমীরের অনুসরণে থাকায় সারা বিশ্বে সংগঠনের কাজ দ্রুত গতিতে চলছে।
তাবলীগী মাতৃভূমি হিসাবে পরিচিত IBP-তে (ভারত-বাংলাদেশ-পাকিস্তান) শত বাধা সত্ত্বেও আমেরিকা, ইউরোপ, আফ্রিকা, অস্ট্রেলিয়া, এশিয়ার দেশ মালয়েশিয়া, ইন্দোনেশিয়া, থাইল্যান্ড, এমনকি প্রশান্ত মহাসাগরীয় দ্বীপ “ফিজিতে” এই কাজ মহামারীর মাঝেও বহুগুণ বেড়েছে।
মহামারী সত্ত্বেও বিশ্বের কোনো দেশই তাদের ধর্মীয় ও রাজনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ড বন্ধ করেনি।
তদুপরি ভারতের সব চেয়ে বড় ভূপালের ইজতেমা মহামারী বাড়াবে, এই অজুহাতে ভারত ভূপালের ইজতেমা বন্ধ করেছে। একইভাবে বাংলাদেশেও বিশ্ব ইজতেমা আয়োজনে রয়েছে সরকারের অনিচ্ছা ও “হেফাজত-দাওয়াতুল হকের” মোড়কে ড.আওয়ালের আলমী শুরার ষড়যন্ত্র।
অবাক বিষয় হলো অমুসলিম দেশ হয়েও বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে ধনী মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র যেখানে বিশ্বের জনসংখ্যার ৭০ শতাংশ মহামারীতে মারা গেছে, সে দেশের ৫০ টি অংগ রাজ্যের স্থানীয় সরকার মুসলিমদের ইজতেমা আয়োজনে সহায়তা করছে। মসজিদে ধর্মীয় কাজে কোন বাঁধা নেই।
মহামারীর মধ্যে ভারত, বাংলাদেশ, মালয়েশিয়া, বার্মা, আরবসহ বিভিন্ন দেশের জামায়াত মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ৫০টি রাজ্যে বিনা বাধায় কাজ করছে। একইভাবে আমেরিকার তাবলিগী ভাইয়েরা আমেরিকার পাশাপাশি ইউরোপ ও দক্ষিণ আমেরিকাতেও কাজ করছেন।
অথচ মুসলিম প্রধান দেশ বাংলাদেশে মসজিদে নিজামউদ্দিনের অনুসারীদের প্রবেশে বাঁধা, মার্কাজ-মসজিদ-ইজতেমা বন্ধে জংগীদের সরকার নিরব সমর্থন করে আসছে। বাংলাদেশ সরকার জঙ্গি হেফাজতে ইসলামের এই ধরনের জঘন্য কাজকে সমর্থন করতে শুরু করে গত ২০১৮-এর শুরু থেকে। জঙ্গী হেফাজত ২০১৮ সাল থেকে মসজিদ, মারকাজ দখল করা শুরু করে। যদিও এই জঘন্য কাজটি প্রথমে আলমী গুরু ড. আওয়াল গত ২০১৭ সালে নিউইয়র্কের মারকাজ মসজিদ দখলের মাধ্যমে শুরু করেছিলেন। সে সময় নিজামুদ্দিনের অনুসারীদের মসজিদ “আল-ফালাহ” থেকে বহিষ্কার করা হয়।
হেফাজত নেতা মাহফুজুল হক গত ২০১৮ সালে ড. আওয়াল কর্তৃক কাকরাইল মসজিদের প্রথম আমির হিসেবে মনোনীত হন। যদিও মাহফুজুল হক কখনো সক্রিয় তাবলীগী ছিলেন না। জঙ্গি মাহফুজুল হক ও মামুনুল হক ভাই বাংলাদেশী আমেরিকান ডক্টর আওয়ালের অত্যন্ত ঘনিষ্ঠ আত্মীয়। এই প্রেক্ষাপটে জঙ্গি হেফাজতে ইসলামকে তাবলিগ জামাতের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবহার করা হয়। আর আওয়াল পর্দার আড়ালে থেকে কাজ করে এই মোবারক মেহনত ধ্বংসের ষড়যন্ত্র করেন।
সম্প্রতি জঙ্গি সংগঠন হেফাজতে ইসলামের সঙ্গে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সম্পর্কের অবনতি হয়েছে। এখন ড. আওয়াল আগামী ২০২২ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা দখল করার জন্য বাংলাদেশের দাওয়াতুল হকের আমির মাওলানা মাহমুদুল হাসানকে ব্যবহার করার পরিকল্পনা করছেন। নিউইয়র্কের দাওয়াতুল হক আমীর মাওলানা জামাল উদ্দিনকেও এ কাজে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে। মাহমুদুল হাসান বাংলাদেশের স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর আধ্যাত্মিক পীর, তাই আসন্ন ২০২২ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা দখল ও সরকারকে ম্যানেজ তথা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার জন্য ড. আওয়াল তৎপর।
আমরা মনে করি বাংলাদেশ সরকার হেফাজতে ইসলামকে বিশ্বাস করে ভুল করেছিল। তাই এখন একই ভুল না করে, আমরা আশা করি বাংলাদেশ সরকার স্বেচ্ছায় আসন্ন ২০২২ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমার জন্য বিশ্ব আমীরকে আমন্ত্রণ জানাবে যাতে বাংলাদেশের বিশাল জনগোষ্ঠীর আস্থা পাওয়া যায়।
“দুষ্ট ও বিপথগামী আলেম তারাই যারা মানবজাতির জন্য বিপজ্জনক। তারা মানবজাতির জন্য একটি রোগ, এবং তারা যারা তাদের জ্ঞানের উপর কাজ করে না।”
সবাই এখন বুঝতে শিখেছে। মূল স্রোতে ফিরে আসছে। মূলধারার নিজামুদ্দিনের অনুসারীরা হক উলামাদের সাথে ছিল এবং থাকবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।

The World largest Ijtema—the annual global congregation of the Muslim devotees to be held in Bhopal, India from November 26 – 29 has been postponed for the second time since its inception 74 years ago, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 73rd Annual Bhopal Alami Ijtema also was deferred for the first time in last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Which was supposed to be held on November 27 – 30 in the midst of last year’s epidemic.
After Haj, the annual Islamic pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia and a similar Ijtima event organised in Bangladesh, Aalmi Tablighi Ijtima of Bhopal is considered the world’s third-largest Islamic religion congregation.
The Hajj to Mecca in Saudi Arabia is considered the world’s largest human gathering with almost 2.5 million pilgrims in 2019.
Less than 1 million people gathered at the 2019 World Ijtema, Bangladesh.
But The 72nd Aalmi Tablighi Ijtema, one of the biggest annual Islamic religious congregations of the world, commenced in Bhopal 2019, with participation of over 3 million devotees during the four-day event. It was Guinness Book for zero-waste world record.

বিশ্বের বৃহত্তম ইজতেমা যা ভারতের ভূপালে আগামী ২৬–২৯ নভেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা, কোভিড –১৯ মহামারীর কারণে ৭৪ বছর আগে শুরু হওয়ার পর থেকে দ্বিতীয়বারের মতো স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
গত বছর কোভিড–১৯ মহামারীর কারণে ৭৩তম বার্ষিক ইজতেমাও প্রথমবারের মতো স্থগিত করা হয়েছিল। যা গত বছরের মহামারীর মাঝে ২৭–৩০ নভেম্বর ভারতের ভূপালে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল।
সৌদি আরবের বার্ষিক হজ, বাংলাদেশের বিশ্ব ইজতেমার পর ভূপালের আলমি তাবলিগী ইজতেমা বিশ্বের তৃতীয় বৃহত্তম ইসলাম ধর্মের জামাত হিসাবে বিবেচিত হয়।
সৌদি আরবের মক্কায় ২০১৯ সালের হজে প্রায় ২.৫ মিলিয়ন হজযাত্রী সমবেত হয়েছিল যা বিশ্বের বৃহত্তম মানব সমাবেশ হিসাবে বিবেচনা করা হয়।
বাংলাদেশে ২০১৯ সালের বিশ্ব ইজতেমায় ১ মিলিয়নেরও কম লোক জড়ো হয়েছিল।

কোভিড-১৯ মহামারী মানুষের জীবনের গতি থামাতে পারেনি।

Mr. Maulana Jubayer, the leader of the rebel group of Tabligh, is seriously ill. He is being treated at the Yamagata-Dhaka Friendship Hospital.
Shura of Bangladesh Hazrat Wasiful Islam has asked for prayers for Maulana Jubayer.
Da’wah is obligatory duty for Muslims. Allah speaks about Da’wah at various places in Quran: “We made you a middle nation to be witnesses over mankind.” (Surah al-Baqara, 143)
Islam is the perfect and complete religion for all mankind (Al-Maida:3).
Allah has guided the believers to the truth (Al-Baqara:213).
It is the only religion acceptable to Allah (Al-Imran:85).
“Let there be a community among you, who call to the good, enjoin the right and forbid the wrong. They are the ones who have success.” (Surah Al-’Imran, verse 104). “And warn your tribe and close ones.” (Surah al-Shura, verse 214). In these verses Allah commands to the muslims that Da’wah is an obligation on every Muslims.
In last sermon Prophet (PBUH) said; Convey what you have received from me, even it is a verse (Bukhari, Muslim Chapter on Hajj) This Hadith clearly indicates that you should not wait that one day you will become a scholar and then you will be able to do Da’wah. NO! But one should do Da’wah if he knows even a single verse of Quran or a single Hadith. You can give Da’wah at any time and any place, when one has an opportunity to do Da’wah at any place one should do it accordingly.

(1) Da’wah is a commandment from Allah SWT (Al-Baqara:21):
Allah enjoins the Muslims to invite mankind to Islam. He commands: Invite to the way of your Rabb with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious, for your Rabb knows best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance. (An-Nahl: 125).
(2) Muhammad PBUH is the last prophet sent by Allah SWT and is referred to as the Seal of the Prophets:
This means the Qur’an is the final revelation sent by Allah SWT and Muhammad PBUH the Last Messenger till the last day of the world, He is Rahmatullil Alamin – Allah has sent him as Rahmat for the entire universe (Al-Anbiya:107). As his followers, it is the responsibility for Muslims to give Da’wah to every human being wherever he/she can.
The popular view amongst Muslims is that the final words of Allah to Muhammad PBUH were:
“This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.”
Allah sent His Messenger as a witness, a bearer of glad tidings, a warner, as one who invites mankind to Allah by His leave, and as a lamp spreading light (Al-Ahzab: 45-46).
Allah says in Quran: Say (0 Muhammad) This is my way; I do invite unto Allah with certain knowledge, I and whoever follows me. Glory to Allah! And I am not of the polytheists. (Yusuf: 108).
(4) The concept of calling or inviting others to the beautiful path of Islam.
Da’wah is one of the best ways of serving Allah SWT. Allah praises those Muslims who invite people to Islam. He says: You are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind. You enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and believe in Allah. (Al-Imran:11O).
This is not an invention but a direct commandment from Almighty Allah (SWT) who said thus in the Qur’an: Who is better in speech than the one who calls to Allah, does righteous deeds and says indeed I am among the Muslims. – (Surah 41:33).
Almighty Allah (SWT) said further: Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good preaching. – (Surah 16:125).
Let there arise among you a group inviting to all that is good, enjoining righteousness and forbidding evil. Those are the successful ones. – (Surah 3:104).
So as you can see, dawah is very important, so important that Allah (SWT) stressed upon it several times in the Holy Book. Countless hadiths focus on the importance of dawah in Islam and that explains why the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) did it all through his lifetime. Following his demise, the companions (sahabah) continued the tradition and it has not stopped till today. In the 21st century, there are Muslim missionaries doing da’wah all over the planet and they are having a real impact on the lives of so many people.

Nizamuddin Markaz is the central headquarters and it has a Sura Council, which is largely an advisory council with different national units and national headquarters.
