Alhamdulilla The four-day long Aalmi Tablighi Ijtima in Bhopal concluded with Dua-e-Khas on Monday morning. Before the Dua which started at 9 o’clock, Fajr prayers were offered, after which a special statement was given by World Tablighi Amir Maulana Saad.

During this, he told the people going in the Jamaats about the morals to be followed, the precautions to be taken and the work to be done during this journey. According to the Ijtima management, after the duaa, about 2,000 Jamaats have started leaving from the Ijtima for different parts of the country. In such a situation, there will be heavy traffic on the roads of old Bhopal.

3 levels of high security in Ijtima:

First level: The Jamaat is under surveillance with the police. Here, Form-C is filled for registration of foreign Jamaats. Its copy is submitted to the police station and clearance is taken. Only after this, entry is given to the second level. Here, there are 10 policemen in 3 shifts in the police post. There is a police watch tower at the main gate.

Second level: A welcome registration counter has been set up for the people of foreign Jamaat. After the first security circle, the foreign guests come directly to this counter. Here they are allotted accommodation. Only after this, they enter the third level.

Third level: An internal registration counter has been set up here. Translators are provided to everyone from here. Apart from this, essential items like mattress, quilt and food tokens are also provided.

Ijitma coordinator Dr. Umar Hafeez says-

“Whatever foreign groups are coming, India is their host. Care is taken to ensure that they do not face any problems here, so that they go back to their countries with a positive image of India and promote India’s hospitality in the world.”

Pakistan never got a place in Ijtema Before independence, there used to be a joint Ijtema of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. After the partition in 1947, a separate Ijtema started being held in Bangladesh. The Jamaats of Pakistan become a part of this. In the 77-year history of Ijtema, Pakistan was never given a place in the Ijtema of India.

350 marriages solemnised on first day of Ijtim:

Total 350 marriages were solemnised on the first day of the Ijtema at the village of Eintkhedi on the outskirts of the state capital on Friday, amid exhortations from religious scholars to simplify weddings in order to make the burden less cumbersome on the poor.

If you are going to Ijtima and your vehicle gets punctured or you face any problem after reaching there, then you need not worry, because about 80 people of this mechanic community are present in Ijtima, they are providing their services free of cost to the people coming here to avoid any trouble. According to the Ijtima Committee, these people are managing more than 20 two wheelers and four wheelers daily. Their helpline numbers have also been issued.

You will not even know and the vehicle will be repaired. 

Umar Hafiz told that a mechanic group has been prepared at the Ijtima venue. This group will immediately repair the vehicles that break down at the venue. The committee has put up posters everywhere at the venue that if anyone’s vehicle breaks down, then call our mechanic group and inform them. As soon as they call the mechanic group, the group’s team will reach the spot and repair the vehicle on the spot. Apart from this, the people of the mechanic group also roam around the parking lot. As soon as they see a puncture or any problem in a vehicle, they fix it themselves. The vehicle owner does not even know that his vehicle has been repaired. The job of the mechanic group is that if there is any problem in any vehicle at the venue, then repair it on the spot as soon as possible.

MasaAllah. Today Bhopal Jummah prayer was the largest Jummah prayer in the World. Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Kandhlawi Ibn Hazrat Ji lead the Jummah prayer.

The Ijtima in Bhopal from 29 November to 2 December. Earlier on Thursday night, people from different parts of the country reached the Ijtima venue, Itnkhedi, which mainly included people from Rajasthan, Bihar, Himachal, Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and also from foreign countries.

The Ijtima Committee has intensified preparations in this regard. Media Co-ordinator of the Ijtima Committee, Dr. Omar Hafeez said that this time arrangements have been made in about 600 acres of area, which includes parking in 300 acres, pandals in 100 acres and other arrangements in 200 acres, like food zone, ablutions, food, etc. Washroom etc. are included.

Apart from this, many medical camps will also be organized here for treatment using Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Unani methods.

Two bike ambulance service for the first time

Among the lakhs of Jamaatis who attend the Alami Tablighi Ijtima, there are also elderly and sick people. In view of this, for the first time a bike ambulance has been arranged for any medical emergency.

Ijtima Media Coordinator Dr. Omar Hafeez said that the sick face difficulty in reaching the ambulances parked away from the Ijtima pandals, hence this time arrangements for bike ambulances have been made.

He told that it has been modified by attaching a stretcher to the motorcycle, so that patients can be transported to the ambulance on time. Along with the facility to make the patient lie down, the facility of first aid box has also been added. Considering the need, provision of oxygen is also being considered.

Ijtima one of the 5 major Islamic events

Bhopal’s Almi Tablighi Ijtima is considered one of the 5 largest Islamic events in the world. Millions of people from all over the world participate in it. It is organized in only 3 countries in the world: India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Ijtima is being organized in Ghasipura of Itkhedi from 29 November to 2 December. A large number of people from different parts of the country will reach Bhopal for this. These people will reach the venue from the railway station and various areas of the old city. On December 2, Dua ki Namaz will be held, after which there will be a possibility of heavy traffic on many roads of old Bhopal.

In such a situation, the traffic police has diverted the roads of the city. From 7 am on 29 November, all types of heavy vehicles, cargo vehicles, sand and gravel dumpers and mixers will be completely closed for traffic from Gol Jod Bairasia Road to Karound Chauraha.

• Vehicles going towards the airport will be able to reach the airport via Bhadbhada Square, Neelbad, Ratibad, Jhagaria Road, Khajuri Bypass, Mubarakpur Bypass.
• Vehicles going from Bhopal city towards the main railway station will be able to come towards platform-1 via Roshanpura, Link Road 2, Board Office, Chetak Bridge, Prabhat Chauraha, 80 feet road.

Diversion of passenger buses coming to Bhopal city

• Buses coming from Sagar, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Raisen, Hoshangabad, Jabalpur, Chhindwara and Betul will travel towards ISBT via 11 Mile, Misrod, RRL Tiraha, Habibganj Naka, Sanchi Milk Union. After ISBT, entry of passenger buses towards Nadra Bus Stand will be restricted.
• Buses coming from Indore to Bhopal will use Halalpur bus stand. Buses coming from Indore and Ujjain will end their journey from Khajuri bypass, Bairagarh to Halalpur bus stand. Entry towards Lalghati beyond Halalpur bus stand will be restricted.
• Buses coming from Guna, Rajgarh and Beawar will be able to go towards Halalpur bus stand via Shyampur, Parwalia, Mubarakpur bypass, Khajuri Road, Bairagarh.
• The buses coming from Vidisha side will terminate at Bhanpur Rotary via Sukhisewania, Chopra Bypass.
• The buses coming from Berasia side will terminate at Bairagarh Halalpur Bus Stand via Golkhedi to Tarasevania, Parwalia Road, Mubarakpur Bypass, Khajuri Bypass.

Diversion arrangements for heavy and other vehicles on 1 December

• From 10 pm on December 1, entry of all types of heavy goods vehicles into the city from the bordering districts of Bhopal will be completely banned.
• Heavy goods vehicles coming from Indore and Sehore will not be able to enter Bhopal. They will be stopped or diverted at the border of Sehore district.
• Vehicles coming from Guna and Rajgarh will be stopped at Beawar and diverted via Shyampur and Sehore.
• Heavy vehicles coming from Raisen, Salamatpur and Mandideep will be stopped at Mandideep and Raisen border.
• Light vehicles coming from Indore side, which want to go to Hoshangabad, will be able to go towards Misrod Road from Sehore via Jhagaria, Bhadbhada, Depot Square, Mata Mandir, Link Road No. 2, BJP Office and Mansarovar.
• General passenger vehicles coming from Berasia towards Bhopal will be able to enter Bhopal via Golkhedi, Ratatal, Tarasevania and Parwalia.
• During the programme, due to large number of people being on the roads in areas like Mubarakpur to Patel Nagar New Bypass, Gandhi Nagar to Ayodhya Nagar, Ratnagiri, Lambakheda to Karond, Bhopal Talkies, Railway Station etc., traffic will be diverted to diverted routes as per the need.

Aalmi Tablighi Ijtima is to be organized in Bhopal from 29 November to 2 December, 2024 InshaAllah. The Ijtima committee has intensified preparations for this. This time the theme of Ijtima has been kept single use plastic free.

Ijtima Committee’s media co-ordinator Dr. Umar Hafiz said that this time arrangements are being made in about 600 acres of area. In which parking is being built in 300 acres and pandal in 100 acres. Apart from this, other arrangements will be made in 200 acres of area, which will include food zone, wuzu khana, washrooms etc.

A total of 600 acres of area will be used which is equivalent to the area of approximately 120 cricket grounds. An ideal cricket ground is about 5 acres in size.

Single use plastic is completely banned this year

Dr. Umar Hafiz said that every year we try to do something new in Ijtima by taking environmental aspect into consideration. Last year we made it dust free and we also archived this goal. We also made a record of garbage disposal. Within 24 hours of the Ijtima ending, the entire site was cleaned. The recyclable garbage found here was sent to the recycling plant and the disposable garbage was sent to the decomposition plant.

Similarly, two years ago also we worked on the green theme. Vegetarian food was included in it. This year we have made Ijtima free of single use plastic. Apart from water bottles, all single use plastic will be banned. Also, water bottles will be collected immediately.

Regarding the size of the venue of Ijtema, Dr. Umar said that Ijtema has two aspects, internal and external. The external aspect includes traffic and parking movement. The basic traffic and parking movement was on 250 acres last year. This year we have increased it to 300 acres.

Also, last time there were 61 parking spaces. This year it has been increased to 66. The inner portion was also 250 acres last year. This time it is 300 acres. It has a pandal area of 100 acres. Apart from this, food zone, emergency area and toilet, wuzu khana and other necessary markets are being built. We have a total area of 600 acres, which is being used for Ijtema.

The total capacity of the inner pandal is 1 lakh 80 thousand. But, excluding the emergency space, the capacity is considered to be 1 lakh 40 thousand. One lakh to one and a quarter lakh pilgrims come to Ijtima and stay in the inner pandal for 3 days. Apart from this, the crowd of the city comes daily and returns back home.

On the arrangements for the last day of Ijtima, Dr. Umar says that the last day is the day of prayers. On this day we put speakers outside the pandal, people come, pray and go away.

This will be different from previous events:

• The venue will be of 600 acres, last time it was 300 acres.
• 45 thousand volunteers will handle the arrangements, last year there were 30 thousand.
• Parking for vehicles was done on 150 acres of 300 acres last year.
• 45 garbage vehicles will make 3-4 rounds, last year 30 vehicles made 2-3 rounds.
