السلام علیکم ورحمة اللہ وبرکاتہ
Assalamo alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatah

امید ہے آپ خیریت سے ہونگے اللہ تعالی آپ کو ھمیشہ صحت و عافیت سے رکھے اور دین متین کی محنت میں موت تک لگاٸے رکھے ۔
جیسا کہ آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ تبلیغ و دعوت کی عظیم محنت میں اکابر اور مشاٸخ تبلیغ کے مابین ایک اختلاف 2015 میں واقع ہوا جس کے نتاٸج اب ظاہر ہو رہے ہیں ۔

I hope that You will be well, May Allaah keep you in good health and well-being and keep you engaged in the hard work of religion till death. As you know, in the great work of preaching and da’wah, a difference occurred in 2015 between Aqabar and Masha’ikh Tabligh, the results of which are now visible.

انتہاٸی کرب کی کیفیت میں اس اختلاف کی حقیقت آپس کے جوڑ اور مصالحت کی بھرپور کوششوں کے بعد علماء کرام کے سامنے پورے محاسبے کے بعد رکھ رہا ہوں ۔اور علماء کرام سے انتہاٸی لجاجت سے درخواست ہے کہ اسے اپنا مسٸلہ سمجھ کر اور امت مسلمہ کی بھلاٸی کے لیے اس عالمی محنت کی حفاظت کے جذبے سے قرآن وحدیث کی روشنی میں عامة الناس کی راھنماٸی فرماٸیں اور یہ رویہ ترک فرماٸیں کہ دونوں جانب نیک لوگ ہیں ۔اس میں شک نہیں کہ طرفین میں بڑے بڑے حضرات ہیں تاھم کروڑوں انسانوں کو اختلاف میں دھکیلنے سے زیادہ بہتر یہ ہے جو جانب قرآن و حدیث کے مطابق درست ہو اسے ہی درست قرار دیں ۔تاکہ امت مسلمہ مزید افتراق کا شکار نا ہو ۔
In the state of extreme misery, I am presenting the reality of this difference in front of the scholars after full accounting after trying hard to reconcile and reconcile. And the scholars are requested to consider it as their problem and in the spirit of protecting this world’s labor for the good of the Muslim Ummah, in the light of the Qur’an and Hadith, they should give up the attitude that there are good people on both sides. There is no doubt that there are great men on both sides, so it is better to justify what is correct according to the Qur’an and Hadith than to push millions of people into disagreement. So that the Muslim Ummah does not suffer further.

یاد رہے کہ یہ کوٸی علاقاٸی جماعت نہیں جس کے تشتت کا اثر علاقاٸی ہو یہ جماعت عالمی ہے اس لیے اس کے اچھے یا برے اثرات عالمی ہونگے ۔
It should be remembered that this is not a regional party whose influence is different, this party is global, so its good or bad effects will be global.

اللہ تعالی ھمیں احقاق حق کی توفیق عنایت فرماٸیں ۔اب میں بیان حقیقت کی طرف آتا ہوں جسے میں تین حصوں میں تقسیم کر رہا ہوں ۔
May Allaah grant us the power of truth. Now I come to the statement of reality which I am dividing into three parts.

پہلی بات
The first
یہ ہے کہ حضرت مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم العالیہ کو متنازع بنانے کی محنت جس کا آغاز 1996 میں ہوا ۔
حضرت جی مولانا انعام الحسن رح نے حضرت عمر رض کے اسوہ پر عمل کرتے ہوٸے اپنے بعد دس حضرات کو منتخب فرمایا کہ سب میرے بعد جمع ہوں اور اپنے میں سے کسی کو امیر منتخب کر لیں ۔

This is the hard work of making Hazrat Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham-ul-Alia controversial, which started in 1996. Hazrat Ji Maulana Inam-ul-Hasan(RA) followed the advice of Hazrat Umar (RA) and selected 10 people after him that all should gather after me and choose someone from among themselves as Amir.

میاں جی محراب رح – Mian ji Mehrab
مولانا عمر پالنپوری رح – Maulana Umar Palanpuri
مولانا اظھار الحسن رح – Maulana Azhar-ul-Hasan
مولانا زبیر رح – Maulana Zubair
مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم – Mawlana Saad may their blessings last
حضرت اقدس حاجی عبد الوھاب رح – Hazrat Aqdas Haji Abdul Wahab
مفتی زین العابدین رح – Mufti Zainul Abedin
حاجی افضل صاحب رح لاھور والے – Haji Afzal Sahib
حاجی عبد المقیت صاحب رح – Haji Abdul Muqeet Sahib
اور – and
حضرت مولانا سعید احمد خان رحمت اللہ علیہ – Hazrat Maulana Saeed Ahmed Khan Rehmatullah Alayh

یہ بات ہمارے سامنے کی ہے کہ یہ حضرات جمع ہوٸے لیکن تین دن تک مشورہ ہونے کے باوجود یہ پاک ھستیاں ایک امیر پر متفق نا ہو سکیں اور اس پر افسوس کرتی رہیں کہ ھم امت کو ایک امیر نا دے سکے ۔یہ افسوس مفتی زین العابدین رح مولانا سعید احمد خان رح سے منقول ہے بلکہ جب یہ خبر مولانا عاشق الہی بلند شہری رح کو پہنچی تو حضرت نے بھی ناراضگی کا اظہار کیا کہ ایک امیر کیوں نہیں بنایا
It is in front of us that these gentlemen gathered together, but despite being consulted for three days, these holy people could not agree on an emir and continued to regret that we could not give a rich to the ummah. This regret is narrated from Mufti Zainul Abedin ra Maulana Saeed Ahmad Khan, but when this news reached Maulana Ashiq Elahi BulandShahri, Hazrat also expressed his displeasure that why he did not make an Amir.

اس مشورے میں یہ طے ہوا کہ مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم اور مولانا زبیر رح دونوں مشورے سے کام چلاٸیں گے اور مولانا اظھار رح جو مولانا سعد کے نانا اور مربی تھے انکو ہی سرپرست ٹھرایا گیا ۔
In this consultation, it was decided that both Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham and Maulana Zubair would work on consultation and Maulana Izhar, who was Maulana Saad’s maternal grandfather and mentor, was appointed patron.

مولانا اظہار رح جلد ہی انتقال فرما گٸے اور یہ دونوں اٹھارہ برس تک ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ نبھا کرتے رہے جو میں سمجھتا ہوں کسی کرامت سے کم نہیں ۔اس دوران ان دونوں حضرات کے درمیان دوری پیدا کرنے کی بہت کوشش کی گٸی لیکن اس میں ناکامی رہی ۔یہاں تک کہ 2015 میں مولانا زبیر رح کا انتقال ہو گیا اور نظام الدین میں مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم نے کام سنبھال لیا اور چھ ماہ تک کام کرتے رہے ۔
Maulana Izhar passed away soon after and both of them continued together for eighteen years, which I think is no less than a miracle. During this time, a lot of efforts were made to create distance between these two gentlemen, but it failed. Even in 2015, Maulana Zubair passed away and Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham took over the work in Nizamuddin and continued to work for six months.

2015 کے راٸونڈ کے اجتماع کے بعد حاجی صاحب رح کے کمرے میں ایک ھنگامہ برپا کیا گیا کہ ھم مولانا سعد کو امیر نہیں مانتے انکی ایک متعین شوری ہونی چاہئے ۔
After the 2015 Raiwind gathering, a ruckus was created in Haji Sahib’s room that we do not consider Maulana Saad as amir
ظاہر ہے کہ یہ بات مناسب تھی لیکن درحقیقت یہ حاجی صاحب رح سے چند نام پاس کرانے کی چال تھی چنانچہ چند نام مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم کی غیر موجودگی میں طے کیے گٸے اور یہ کہ کر حاجی صاحب سے دستخط لے لئے گٸے کہ ان ناموں پر سب کا اتفاق ہے اور مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم کو اس کی خبر تک نا تھی کہ کیا ہو رہا ہے حاجی صاحب رح اس وقت بہت ہی علیل تھے حضرت نے اعتمادا دستخط کئے ۔
Obviously this was inappropriate, but in fact it was a ploy to pass some names from Haji Sahib, so some names were decided in the absence of Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham and signature was taken from Haji Sahib by saying that everyone agreed on these names and Maulana Saad Damat Barakatham did not even know what was happening. The time was very sick, Hazrat signed it confidently.

مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم سے جب اس شوری کو ماننے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا تو حضرت نے سخت غصے کا اظہارکیا جو بالکل بجا تھا اور فرمایا کہ حضرت مولانا الیاس رح اور مولانا یوسف رح اور دیگر اکابر نے ھمیں عالمی مشورہ دیا ہے عالمی شوری نہیں ۔اس کی قطعا ضرورت نہیں ہے میں حاجی صاحب رح سے خود بات کر لوں گا ۔
When Maulana Saad Damat Barakatham was asked to accept this shura, Hazrat expressed strong anger, which was absolutely right and said that Hazrat Maulana Ilyas, Maulana Yusuf and other scholars have given us international Mashwara and not international shura. There is absolutely no need for this, I will talk to Haji Sahib myself.

اس کے بعد مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم کی اور حاجی صاحب رح کی ملاقات نا ہونے دی گٸی اور حاجی صاحب 2018 میں انتقال فرما گٸے ۔مولانا سعد کو بلیک لسٹ کروا دیا گیا اور پورے پاکستان میں یہ بات پھیلا دی گٸی کہ مولانا سعد صاحب دامت برکاتھم نے راٸونڈ سے علیحدگی کر لی ہے اور حاجی صاحب کی بناٸی ہوٸی شوری کو رد کر دیا ہے اور جن ناموں پہ حاجی صاحب سے دستخط لئے گئے
After this, Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham and Haji Sahib were not allowed to meet and Haji Sahib died in 2018. Maulana Saad was blacklisted and it was spread all over Pakistan that Maulana Saad Sahib Damat Barakatham has separated from Raiwind and rejected the shura made by Haji Sahib and the names on which haji sahib’s signature was taken.

وہ ساری دنیا میں ارسال کر دیے گیے ۔اور یوں حقیقت میں راٸونڈ کو نظام الدین سے کاٹ دیا گیا حالانکہ جب اگلے سال بنگلہ دیش کی شوری کے حضرات حاجی صاحب سے ملے اور ان سے پوچھا کہ حضرت کیا آپ نے ساری دنیا میں یہ نام ارسال کیے ھم سے تو اس پر مشورہ نہیں کیا گیا اور نا ہی راٸونڈ میں آپ کی شوری کے ارکان سے مشورہ کیا گیا اور نا مولانا سعد صاحب سے تو اس پر حاجی صاحب نے فرمایا کہ یہ مشورہ دوبارہ کریں اور نظام الدین میں کریں ۔لیکن آج تک یہ مشورہ دوبارہ نہیں ہوا اور بہت سے ذمہ داران راٸونڈ کو یہ کہتے سنا گیا کہ یہ ھم نہیں کریں گے۔واللہ اعلم ۔
They will be sent all over the world. In fact, the raiwind was cut off from Nizamuddin, although the next year, when the people of the Shura of Bangladesh met Haji Sahib and asked him whether he had sent these names to the whole world, we were not consulted on it, nor were the members of your shura consulted in the round, nor Maulana Saad Sahib. Haji Sahab said that to do this mashwara again and do it in Nizamuddin. But to this day this advice has not happened again and many responsible people have been heard saying that we will not do it. Allaah knows best
پھر دار العلوم دیوبند 2016 میں فتوی ان باتوں پر فتوی آگیا جو باتیں مولانا نے 2000 میں کی تھیں لیکن پھر بھی دیوبند کے ادب میں مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم نے تقریرا وتحریرا رجوع بھی فرما لیا لیکن وہ رجوع رجوع شاٸع نہیں کیا گیا ۔ جس نے تبلیغ کو مکمل دو حصوں میں تقسیم کر دیا ۔
Then in Darul Uloom Deoband 2016, the fatwa came on the things that Maulana had said in 2000, but still In the literature of Deoband, Maulana Saad Damat Barakatham also took back his speech and in writing, but he was not reconsidered. Which divided the preaching completely into two parts.

نوٹ: فتوی ایک الگ بحث ہے اسپر زیادہ گفتگو مذکورہ مقصد سے ہمیں دور لے جاٸے گی ۔

دوسری بات
the second
2015 کے بعد کا منظر نامہ کچھ یوں ہے کہ مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم نے نظام الدین میں حسب سابق ترتیب جاری رکھی اور تبلیغی کام میں سو سال گزرنے کے بعد جو خامیاں پیدا ہو گٸیں تھیں جن کی وہ اصلاح بہت عرصہ سے چاہتے تھے لیکن چونکہ امارت چونکہ دو حضرات میں داٸر تھی اس لیے وہ اصلاحات نا ہو سکیں ۔لیکن اب مولانا تبلیغی عملے اور تبلیغی اعمال میں آجانے والے نقصان کا تدارک شروع کیا ۔جس پر اپنوں ہی سے وہ کچھ سہنا پڑا کہ کہنا آسان ہے اس پر مستزاد یہ کہ کرونا کی آفت آن پڑی اور مودی حکومت نے اس کی آڑ میں نظام الدین کو بند کرنے کی بھرپور کوشش کی لیکن جسے اللہ رکھے اسے کون چکھے ۔
After 2015, the scenario is such that Maulana Saad Damat Barkatham continued in Nizamuddin as before and after 100 years in the Tableegh work, the shortcomings that had arisen, which he wanted to correct for a long time, but since the Imarat was between two gentlemen, they could not be reformed. But now Maulana has started to remedy the loss caused by the Tablighi staff and tablighi activities. On which it is easy to say that it is easy to say that the disaster of Corona came and the Modi government tried its best to close Nizamuddin under the guise of it.

دار لعلوم کے فتوے کو الگ فیس کیا لیکن اس عزیمت کے پہاڑ شخص نے نا تو دیوبند کی بے ادبی کی نا ہی ھند حکومت کو نظام الدین بند کرنے موقع دیا اور نا ہی غیر نما اپنوں کو اپنے سے دور کیا اور بالآخر تبلیغی محنت کو پہلے کی ترتیب پر تقریبا سب ہی ممالک کو رجوع کروا لیا ۔
Dar-ul-Uloom’s fatwa was fixed separately, but the man with the courage of a mountain of this azmat neither gave in to the opportunist Government or the Deoband to shut down Nizam-ud-Din, nor did he did he let his people away from him and finally sent the Dawah work to almost all the countries on the first order.

صرف پاکستان اور بنگلہ دیش میں مولانا سعد صاحب کو انتہاٸی مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ۔جس کا سمجھنا اس ساری تفصیل کے جاننے پر منحصر ہے جو پاکستان میں بننے والی عالمی شوری کی حقیقت ہے۔
Only in Pakistan and Bangladesh did Maulana Saad Sahib face extreme difficulties. The understanding of which depends on knowing all the details which is the reality of the global shura made in Pakistan.

عالمی شوری کی حقیقت – The Reality of Global Shura

جن اکابر کے نام عالمی شوری میں رکھے گٸے تھے ہو سکتا ہے کہ سب ہی پرانے او معتبر لوگ ہوں لیکن یہ بات کہ اس شوری کا کوٸی مستقل امیر ہی نہیں ہو گا اور شوری کے ہر مشورے میں شوری کے شرکاء اپنے ناموں میں الف باٸی ترتیب پر فیصل ہونگے ۔
Those whose names were named in the world shura may be old and reliable people, but the fact is that there will be no permanent amir of this shura and in every suggestion of the shura, the participants of the shura will decide on the order of their names.

نیز اس عالمی شوری کا مشورہ کب ہو گا کچھ پتہ نہی کہاں ہو گا پتہ نہیں ۔نیز ممالک کی شوری یعنی پاکستان کی شوری کاکریل بنگلہ دیش کیسے تسلیم کرے ۔نیز ممالک کی شوری کریگی کیا ۔کیا پہلے سے جاری عالمی مشورہ جس میں تمام دنیا سے حضرات تشریف لاتے اور عموما حج میں یہ مشورہ ہوتا جاری رہے گا یا نہیں ۔
Also, i do not know when the advice of this world shura will be, i do not know where it will be. Also, how can Bangladesh recognize the shura of the countries i.e. Pakistan’s shura? Also, the countries will be respected. Will the already going on international advice in which people from all over the world come and usually this advice will continue in Hajj or not?

یہ سب سوالات ذھنوں میں تھے اور بعد میں تجربے نے یہ ثابت کیا کہ اس سب کی وجہ کام کو مولانا سعد کے ہاتھ سے لینا تھا جو نا ہو سکا ۔اور اس مرد مجاھد نے سات آٹھ سالوں میں اتنی مخالفتوں کے باوجود گزشتہ برس عالمی مشورے کو دوبارہ قاٸم کر دیا جس میں سو سے زاٸد ممالک نے شرکت کی ۔اور اب کام کرنے والے تیزی سے مولانا سعد کی طرف رجوع کر رہے ہیں نیز اصلاحات کا سلسلہ بھی جاری ہے جو ھماری تیسری بات ہے ۔
All these questions were in mind and later the experience proved that the reason for all this was to take the work from the hands of Maulana Saad, which could not be done. And this mujahid, despite so much opposition in seven to eight years, re-established the international consultation last year, in which more than 100 countries participated. And now the workers are increasingly turning to Maulana Saad and reforms are also going on, which is our third point.

پاکستان کے احوال : – Conditions of Pakistan
پاکستان میں جو صورتحال بنی جو ھمارے مشاھدہ میں آٸی اس کو سمجھنے کے بعد یہ ھماری مذکورہ گزارشات سمجھنا بالکل آسان ہو جاتا ہے ۔
After understanding the situation that has arisen in Pakistan, it becomes very easy to understand our above requests.

پاکستان کی تبلیغی شوری حاجی عبد الوھاب صاحب نے پرانے تبلیغی ساتھیوں کے انتہاٸی اصرار پر بناٸی ورنہ حاجی صاحب بھی نظام الدین کی کے ذمہ داران اکابر ثلاثہ کی ترتیب پر مشورے میں شریک ہونے والے سب ساتھیوں سے مشورہ لیتے اور فیصلہ فرماتے ۔بہرحال حاجی صاحب نے مجبور ہو کر شوری بنا دی ۔بعد میں اس شوری میں حاجی صاحب کے زیادہ معتمد لوگوں پر اعتراض ہونے لگا بالآخر ان حضرات کو راٸونڈ چھوڑنا پڑا جس پر حاجی صاحب رح آخر تک راضی نا تھے ۔
Haji Abdul Wahab Sahib formed the Tabligh Shura of Pakistan on the extreme insistence of the old Tablighi companions, otherwise Haji Sahib would also have consulted all the colleagues who participated in the consultation on the arrangement of the third person responsible for Nizamuddin and would have taken a decision. However, Haji Sahib was forced to form a shura Later, in this shura, objections were raised against the more trusted people of Haji Sahib, eventually they had to leave raiwind, on which Haji Sahib was not happy till the end.

اس کے بعد وہ لوگ جو حاجی صاحب کی شوری میں بھی نہیں تھے مقیمین میں سے شوری کا حصہ بن گٸے ۔اور مدرسے کے اساتذہ بھی شوری کا حصہ بنے ۔پھر 2015 میں بننے والی عالمی شوری کا حصہ بن گٸے اور یوں پاکستان کی شوری پر بھی گویا سپریم ہو گٸے ۔پاکستان کی شوری کے حضرات میں اصل یہی لوگ ہو گٸے یہانتک کہ ان حضرات کے یہاں پاکستانی شوری کے فیصلوں کی بھی اھمیت نہیں رہی ۔جو حکم یہ صاد کرتے ہیں وہی مراکز میں بھیجا جاتا ہے ۔ان حضرات نے پورے پاکستانبکے مراکز کا دورہ کر کے ہر مرکز سے امیر ختم کیا اور وہاں بھی شوری بلا امیر بناٸی اور اپنے من پسند حضرات کا ہر مرکز کی شوری میں اضافہ کیا ۔
یوں پورے ملک کی تبلیغ اپنے ہاتھ میں لے لی ۔اور اب اسے مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم العالیہ کی بتاٸی ہوٸی اکابر کی ترتیب ختم کرنے میں اور مولانا جو اصلاحات چاہتے ہیں اس کی روک کے لیے استعمال کر رہے ہیں ۔
After this, those who were not even in haji sahib’s shura became part of the shura from among the residents. And the teachers of the madrasa also became part of the shura. Then he became a part of the International Shura formed in 2015 and thus became supreme on the Shura of Pakistan. These are the real people among the people of Pakistan’s Shura, even the decisions of the Pakistani Shura did not matter to them. The orders which they give are sent to the centers. They visited the centers of the whole of Pakistan and finished the amir from every center and there also made the shura without the emir and increased the shura of every center of their favorite people. In this way he took the preaching of the whole country into his own hands. And now maulana saad damat is using it to end the order of akbar mentioned by barkathum al-alia and to stop the reforms that maulana wants.

وہ اس طرح کہ نظام الدین کی جماعتوں کے بارے میں راٸونڈ کی شوری میں تو فیصلہ یہ ہوا کہ ان جماعتوں کے ساتھ مسجد والے دو پرانے ساتھی ساتھ ہو جاٸیں تاکہ اختلافی باتوں کا ماحول نا بنے ۔لیکن راٸونڈ کی سپر شوری نے سارے مراکز میں احکام جاری کر دٸے ہیں کہ نظام الدین کی جماعتوں اور مولانا سعد صاحب کی جماعتوں کو مساجد میں ناٹہرایا جاٸے ۔ان سے راٸونڈ کا پرچہ مانگا جاٸے اور انہیں راٸونڈ سے پرچہ لیر آنے کا پابند کیا جاٸے ۔اور یہ احکام وہ مراکز میں تعینات اپنے لوگوں کے ذریعہ بھیجتے ہیں ۔دیگر حضرات صرف فتنہ کے خوف سے چپ ہیں نیز اگر کوٸی بات کرتا ہے تو اسے ڈرایا دھمکایا بھی جاتا ہے ۔
In such a way that in the hearing of the raiwind about the parties of Nizamuddin, it was decided that these parties should be joined by two old companions of the mosque so that there is no atmosphere of disagreement. But the Super Shura of Raiwind has issued orders in all the centers that the parties of Nizamuddin and the parties of Maulana Saad Sahib should be made to stay mosques. They should be asked for a bring consent paper from Raiwind and they should be forced to come to the bring the consent letter from the Raiwind. And these commandments they send through their people stationed in the centers . Others are silent only for fear of temptation, and if anyone talks, he is also threatened.

تیسری بات – Third point
تیسری بات میں میں مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھ العالیہ کے ان انقلابی اور اصلاحی فیصلوں کا تذکرہ کروں گا جن کے باعث اتنے فتنوں کے باوجود مولانا نے کام کو عالمی سطح پر سنبھال بھی لیا ہے اور کام میں سو گنا اضافہ بھی ہو گیا ہے ۔
In third Baat, I will mention the revolutionary and reform decisions of Maulana Saad Damat Barkat-ul-Alia, due to which Maulana has taken over the work globally despite so many temptations and the work has increased 100 times.

حضرت مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم العالیہ شاٸد یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ کام اپنے اصل بانیوں یعنی حضرت مولانا الیاس کاندھلوی رحمت اللہ علیہ اور حضرت مولانا یوسف کاندھلوی رح کے رہنما خطوط سے کچھ ہٹ گیا ہے۔ جسپر کام کو واپس لانا ضروری ہے اور بعید نہیں کہ حضرت کی فکر راست ہو کیونکہ اس کام کی ابتداء حضرت مولانا الیاس رحمت اللہ علیہ نے 1926 میں سقوط خلافت کے دو سال بعد
Hazrat Maulana Saad Damat Barakatham-ul-Alia Shahid believes that the work has deviated from the guidelines of its original founders i.e. Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Kandhalvi Rehmatullah Alayh and Hazrat Maulana Yusuf Kandhalvi. On which it is necessary to bring back the work and it is not far away that the thought of Hazrat Is straight because the beginning of this work was started by Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Rehmatullah Alayh two years after the fall of khilafat in 1926.
اس کام کو بالہام الہی شروع فرمایا اور ہم نے اپنے اکابر سے سنا کہ حضرت اس کام کے ذریعہ سے امت کی اجتماعیت کو دوبارہ قاٸم کرنا چاہتے رھے اور ظاہر بھی یہی بتاتا ہے کہ تبلیغی محنت ایک عالمی محنت ہے اور کروڑوں صحیح العقیدہ لوگوں کی جمعیت ہے بعید نہیں کہ اللہ تعالی اس جمعیت کی اصلاح کے بعد اس سے کوٸی بڑا کام لیں بہرحال اس کام کے بڑے اس کام کو سیرت صحابہ سے اخذ فرماتے تھے اور امت کو دوبارہ مجتمع کرنے کے لئے صحابہ ہی کو معیار قرار دینا ضروری بھی ہے اسی مقصد کے لیے حیاةالصحابہ لکھی گٸی اور حضرت جی ثالث کے زمانے میں حضرت مولانا احسان الحق صاحب دامت برکاتھم سے اس کا ترجمہ بھی کرایا گیا اور اس کے مقدمے میں یہ درج بھی ہے کہ ھماری یعنی تبلیغی مجمعے کے لیے ایک اصولی حیثیت رکھتی ہے ۔اور امت کو اختلاف سے بچانے کے لئے چھ نمبر بطور اصول مقرر ہوٸے اور منتخب احادیث صحیح احادیث کے ذخیرے سے مولانا یوسف رح نے جمع فرماٸیں ۔
This work was started by Bil-Iham Allah and we heard from our Akabir that Hazrat wanted to rebuild the community of the Ummah through this work and it is obvious that the preaching work is a global labor and a gathering of millions of true believers. It is also necessary to consider the Companions as the criterion for reuniting the Ummah, for this purpose Hayat-ul-Sahaba was written and it was also translated by Hazrat Maulana Ihsan-ul-Haq Sahib Damat Barakatham in the time of Hazrat Ji Iii. In order to protect the Ummah from dissension, six numbers were set as principles and selected hadiths were collected by Maulana Yusuf from the collection of sahih hadiths.

حضرت مولانا سعد دامت برکاتھم العالیہ نے کام کی باگ سنبھالتے ہی یہ محسوس فرمایا کہ کام کو اپنی اصل یعنی ترتیب صحابہ اور سنت پر لانے کے لیے مجمع کو علماء کے حوالے کرنا ضروری ہے ۔چنانچہ اس کے لیے حضرت نے اس کام کے بانیین کی روشنی میں تمام کام کرنے والوں کو درج ذیل ترتیب سے کام کو لیکر چلنے کی ھدایات دی ہیں ۔کاش کہ ان پر عمل ہو جاٸے ۔
Hazrat Maulana Saad Damat Barakatham-ul-Alia, as soon as he took over the work, realized that it was necessary to hand over the gathering to the scholars in order to bring the work to its original i.e. the Order of the Companions and the Sunnah. Therefore, in the light of the founders of this work, Hazrat has instructed all the workers to carry out the work in the following order. I wish they would be implemented.

حضرت فرما رہے ہیں کہ ہمارے خروج کا مقصد امت سے جہالت ختم کرنا ہے ۔اور اسکی صورت یہ ہے۔
Hazrat is saying that the purpose of our movement is to remove ignorance from the Ummah and this is how it should be done:

نمبر1: کہ کام کرنے والی جماعتیں مساجد میں علماء کرام کے درس قرآن شروع کراٸیں ۔درس قرآن اگر ہو رہا ہو تو اس میں شرکت فرماٸیں اور محلے کے لوگوں پر محنت کر کے انہیں درس قرآن میں جوڑیں.
No. 1: That the working parties should start teaching the Qur’an by the scholars in the mosques. If the Qur’an is being taught, then participate in it and work the people of the neighborhood and connect them to the Teaching of the Qur’an.

نمبر 2:
کام کرنے والی جماعتیں مقامی یا مسافر مسجد میں آنے والے تمام حضرات کی تجوید درست کرانے کے لئے قرآن سیکھنے کے حلقے علماء اور قراء کی نگرانی میں قاٸم کریں اور تبلیغ والے ساتھی گشت کر کے لوگوں کو اس میں شریک کریں ۔
Number 2: The working parties should organize Quran learning circles under the supervision of scholars and Qur’an to involve all people who come to the local Joula as well in the Masjid.

فضاٸل کے حلقے قاٸم کریں
Number 3: Establish the Halaqas of Fadhail
نمبر4:
ضروری اور فرض درجے کا علم حاصل کرنے کے لیے علماء سے درخواست کریں اور اسکے حلقے قاٸم کریں نیز ہر مسلمان اپنے شعبے کا دیں علماء سے سیکھے ۔ان حلقوں کے قیام کے لیے ساتھی محنت کریں ۔
Number 4: In order to obtain the necessary and obligatory level of knowledge, request the scholars and establish their halaqas and every Muslim should learn from the scholars of his field. Colleagues should work hard to establish these circles.

نمبر5:
آخری بات یہ کہ مساجد میں مکتب قاٸم کریں اور اپنے بچوں کو تبلیغی دوست مسجد کے مکتب میں تعلیم دلواٸیں اور اسکے لیے بہترین ترتیب قاٸم کریں ۔اور گشت کر کے لوگوں کا ذھن بناٸیں اور اس تمام کام میں حیاة الصحابہ سے صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ تعالی اجمعین کے زمانے میں مساجد کے آباد رکھنے کے سلسلے میں راھنماٸی حاصل کریں ۔
Number 5: Finally, make a school in mosques and educate your children in the school of Tablighi dost mosque and make the best arrangement for it and by Joula, make the religion of the people and in all this work, the Companions of The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) should seek guidance in keeping the mosques inhabited during the time of The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

نیزاجتماعیت کے قیامکے لیے تبلیغی محنت کو واپس ترتیب امارت پر لاٸیں ہر مسجد اور ہر مرکز ہر ملک ایک امیر کی ماتحتی میں چلے ۔
Also, for the establishment of the gathering, bring the preaching work back to the emirate, every mosque and every center, every country, should be under the guidance of an Ameer.

اور عالمی سطح پر ایک مشورے کے پابند ہو کر چلیں ۔
And follow a piece of advice on a global scale.
