Japan Ijtema 2023 Update

Alhamdulilla. By the grace of Almighty, the Japanese (Nippon Nation) is going to celebrate its annual Ijtema from May 19-21, 2023 under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamudidin.

Islam becomes the fastest growing religion in Japan. Islam is one of the smallest minority faiths in Japan, representing around 0.15% of the total population as of 2022. The number of Muslims living in Japan, though small, has more than doubled in the past decade, from 110,000 in 2010 to 270,000 at the end of 2022. The country now boasts more than 135 mosques. One of the famous mosque is “Tablaigh Masjid”.
