হঠাৎ মনে হল আমরা নিজামুদ্দিন মারকাজে রয়েছি, ইউসুফ কান্ধলভী (রহঃ) এবং ইনামুল হাসান কান্ধলভী (রহঃ) এর সময় থেকে সমস্ত বুজুর্গ ও বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিদের দ্বারা পরিবেষ্টিত।
সেখানে ছিলেন মাওলানা মুস্তাকিম সাহেব (বয়সের সাথে একটু নরম হলেও তার বক্তৃতায় আগুন ছিল), মাওলানা চেরাগুদ্দিন সাহেব (রাজস্থানের লাইভ কাজ), হাফেজ মঞ্জুর সাহেব, (আমির মহারাষ্ট্র, একটু দুর্বল কিন্তু চলমান), মাওলানা শওকত সাহেব, আব্দুল আলিম সাহেব সবাই শক্তভাবে হযরতজীর পিছনে ছিলেন।
যে বড় ঘরে তাদের রাখা হয়েছিল সেখানে নিজামুদ্দিনের গন্ধ ও সুগন্ধ ছিল। এছাড়াও সেখানে ছিল (Room 12 হিসাবে পরিচিত) নিজামুদ্দিন তাজউইজ জামাতের সদস্যরা।
কিন্তু এক মিনিট পরে, আমরা অনুভব করি এটি কুয়ালালামপুরের মারকাজ শ্রী পেটলিং। পুরো নিজামুদ্দিন এখানে নেমে এসেছে। তারপর মেজাজ বদলে যায়। আমরা সারা বিশ্ব থেকে বিদেশী অতিথিদের খুঁজে পাই। নতুন ভাই নয়, পুরোনো সব কর্মী, বুজুর্গ, শুরা, আমীর ইত্যাদি।
এখন আমরা টঙ্গী ইজতেমার সুবাস পাচ্ছি। আমাদের মাঝে আছে আমেরিকা ও কানাডার শুরা (১) আবদুর রহমান খান, (২) আবির রশিদ, (৩) শাব্বির দাজি সাহেব ইংল্যান্ডের শুরা এবং ৫০০ শত জিম্মাদার, (৪) ফ্রান্সের উইসাম তাবারা, (৫) আবদুল ওয়াদুদের মতো আমেরিকান বন্ধুরা , বেলাল, আব্দুল বদি প্রমুখ, (৬) দক্ষিণ আফ্রিকার আবদুররাশিদ, (৭) নাইজেরিয়ার শুরা ইসহাক তিজানি, (৮) তুরস্কের শেখ ওমর, (৯) কেনিয়ার শেখ ওমর, (১০) শেখ বশির আমীর মররোকো, (১১) ইথিওপিয়ার শূরা, (১২) মুরিতানিয়া থেকে উলামা জামাত, (১৩) তিউনিসিয়ার ডক্টর সোহেল শুরা, (১৪) সুদানের আমির ডাঃ জাহাব, (১৫) লিবিয়ার জামাতের সাথে ভাই জাহনি, (১৬) পাকিস্তানের রিওয়ান্ড মারকাজ থেকে মাওলানা এহসান সাহেবের ভাই মাওলানা সোহেল, (১৭) পিন্ডি থেকে মাওলানা হারুন কুরেশিসহ ৭০ জনের জামাত। অনেক সৌদি বন্ধু, এবং আরও অনেক আরব দেশের মানুষ, আলজেরিয়া, তিউনিসিয়া, বাহরাইন ইত্যাদি।
আমরা যদি টঙ্গী ইজতেমার মাঝখানে থাকতাম। বিভিন্ন ভাষা এবং রঙের ভাইয়েরা, বিভিন্ন পোশাক, আমরা সবাই খুব আনন্দ এবং সুখে একসাথে মিশে আছি। কিন্তু না…..এটা মালয়েশিয়া।
আমাদের মালয়েশিয়ার শুরা, বুজুর্গ, উলামা, প্রবীণ কর্মীদের অক্লান্ত ত্যাগের কারণে আমরা আমাদের প্রিয় হযরতজীর সাথে একত্রিত হতে পেরেছি। সারা পৃথিবী থেকে মানুষ একএিত হয়েছে শুধু হজরতজিকে দেখতে ও তার কথা শোনার জন্য। এটি পুরানো সাথীদের একটি বিশাল পুনর্মিলনের মতো। আল্লাহ আমাদের মালয়েশিয়ান ভাইদেরকে এই মহা মিলনের সুযোগ করে দেওয়ার জন্য উত্তম প্রতিদান প্রদান করুন।
তাই পরবর্তী সমাবেশটি আরও বৃহত্তর পরিসরে ২০–২২ জানুয়ারী ২০২৩ তারিখে বাংলাদেশের টঙ্গীতে হবে। যেটি হজরতজি নিজেই সমস্ত দেশের ভাইদের জন্য বিপুল সংখ্যক অংশগ্রহণ করার এবং অতিথি হিসাবে নয় বরং Host হিসাবে কাজ করার ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন।
Suddenly it felt that we were in the Nizamuddin Markaz, surrounded by all the elders and dignitaries from the time of Yusuf Kandhalvi (RA) and Inamul Hasan Kandhalvi (RA).
There was Maulana Mustaqim Sahib (a little mellowed with age, but the fire was still there in his speech), Maulana Chiraguddin Sahib (the live work of Rajasthan), Hafez Manzur Sahib, (Amir Maharashtra, a little Infirm but still moving), Maulana Shawkat Sahib, Abdul Alim Sahib all were solidly behind Hazratji.
The big room where they were kept had the smell and fragrance of Nizamuddin. Also there (known as Room 12) were members of the Nizamuddin Tajwiz Jamaat.
But a minute later, we feel this is Markaz Sri Petaling in Kuala Lumpur. The whole Nizamuddin has descended here. Then the mood changes. We find foreign guests from all over the world. Not new brothers, but all old workers, elders, shura, amir etc.
Now we are getting fragrance of Tongi Ijtema. (1) Abdur Rahman Khan, (2) Aabir Rashid along with shura of North America, (3) Shabbir Daji Sahib with shura of England and 500 Zimmadar, (4) Wisam Tabara shura of France, (5) American friends like Abdul Wadud, Belal, Abdul Badi etc, (6) Abdurrashid North of Durban South Africa, (7) Ishaq Tijani with his shura of Nigeria, (8) Sheikh Omar of Turkey, (9) Sheikh Omar of Kenya, (10) Sheikh Bashir amir of Morroco, (11) Shura of Ethiopia, (12) Ulama jamat from Muritania, (13) Dr. Sohail shura from Tunisia, (14) Dr. Zahab amir of Sudan, (15) Brother Jahni with a Jamaat from Libya, (16) Maulana Sohel brother of Maulana Ehsan Sahib from Riwand Markaz, Pakistan, (17) Maulana Haroon Qureshi from pindi, with a jamat of 70 brothers. So many Saudi friends, and many other Arab country people, Algeria, Tunisia, Bahrain, etc.
It was if we were in the middle of Tongi Ijtema. Brothers with different languages and colors, different attire, all we’re mingling together with great joy and happines. But no…..this is Malaysia.
Due to untiring sacrifices of our Malaysian shura, elders, Ulama, old workers, we gathered with our beloved Hazratji. People came from all over the world just to see, hear and be with Hazratji. It is like a grand reunion of old workers. May Allah reward our Malaysian brothers for making it happen.
So the next gathering in a much larger scale will be at Tongi, Bangladesh on 20,21,22 January 2023. Which Hazratji himself announced for brothers of all countries to participate in large numbers and to act as hosts not as guests.
Alhamdulilla first it was decided by World Mashwara in Malaysia that World Amir Hazratji has kindly agreed to participate in World Ijtema held in Bangladesh from 20-22 January, 2023. This consent was given at the World Mashwara held in Malaysia.

US Region-1, New York, Buffalo Jord 2022 commence on October 28, 2022 Friday after Asr and ends on October 30, 2022 Sunday morning, under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamudidin InshaAllah. It’s the last Regional Jord for this year.
All American and Canadian Shura with about 200 from America & 160 from Canada are participating now in the Second Phase of Malaysian Jord. For that the largest American gathering “Region#1 Jord” for the Year will be held without American & Canadian Shura.
It’s to be noted that whole USA consists of total 6 region and 41 Halaqa.

1000 people participated from Thailand in 1st part from 20-24 October, 2022 World Mashwara at Malaysia. Thailand full filled their quota.
300 people participated from Philippines and 1800 people participated from Indonesia. Thailand, Philippines are not Muslim country but the work of Da’waah is very populated. Any takaza from Nizamudidin, they take very serious. Indonesia is largest Muslim country. They also very serious about any takaza from Nizamudidin. Bangladesh is the most important land for this work. They are belong to IPB but now Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia are ahead of Bangladesh.

Alhamdulilla. Malaysian Jord and World Mashwara 2022, First Part successfully concluded yesterday. Second Part commence on today and will ends on October 30th 2022 at Markaz Sri Petaling, Central Markaz in Malaysia under the guidelines of World Markaz Nizamudidin.
(1) By the utmost Fazal of Allah Subhana wata’aala This is the first time ever in World Mashwara in Malaysia and also history when such a large number of 114 countries participating this World Mashwara held from October 20-30, 2022.
(2) 114 countries Jamats including their countries representative Shura’s & Elders are participating. Due to quotas for different countries, a large number of people are staying outside the Malaysian Central Markaz. People are staying different mosques and hotels.
(3) The largest number of Jamaat and Responsible Shura & Elders came from Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
(4) Ignoring the plot of Pakistan-based Almi Shura, Pakistan’s presence at the ‘World Mashwara’ held in Malaysia is at the top! About 300 people are participating from Pakistan including 200 sathis led by Hazrat Maulana Karim Bakhsh Sahib Multan Pakistan.
(5) Maulana Sohel Saab, brother of Maulana Ehsan ul Haq Raiwind Markaz also participating this noble gathering. Maulana Ehsan ul Haque is the top Alami Shura leader in Pakistan.
(6) Malaysian Shura Hazrat Abdullah Cheong db told that this is the first time in history of Tablighi Jamat that whole world Karguzari (reportation) is being taken/listened at once.
Alhamdulilla. It is known to all that, till this moment, Tablighi Jamat has been the most successful Muslim revivalist movement all over the earth, without maintaining a register, nor a membership receipt or a bank account.
This is the only group, every year million and millions members travel door to door approach from a humble peasant to a high profile intellectual around the globe to preaching Islam, spending money from their own pockets. More than 200 million adherents in 200 countries of the world, spreading across all the continents.
Pakistani based a religious trade group, named “Alami Shura” has started plotting since 2016 to stop this noble movement.
By the mercy of Allah SWT, it’s proved once again that no creature except Allah can do any harm to this work.
Today, a large number of people from Dhaka district took part in the preparations work of the Dhaka district Ijtema ground. MasaAllah, The Ijtema ground became huge crowded before Jummah Prayer. Seeing the presence of a large number of people gathered in the field, it seems “Like an Ijtema field, Ijtema before Ijtema.” Dhaka District Ijtema will be held on November 4-6, 2022 InshaAllah at Bamonsur, Keraniganj Dhaka.
আজ ঢাকা জেলা ইজতেমার মাঠ তৈরীর কাজে ঢাকা জেলার বিপুল পরিমান সাথীরা অংশ নেয়। সাথীদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত অংশগ্রহণে ইজতেমার মাঠ ভরে যায়। জুম্মার নামাজে সাথীদের ভীড় দেখে মনে হয়, এ যেন কোন এক ইজতেমার ময়দান! ইজতেমার পূর্বেই ইজতেমা!
ঢাকার কেরানীগঞ্জের বামনশুর এ আগামী ৪, ৫, ৬ই নভেম্বর ২০২২ ইং তারিখ অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাওয়া তাবলীগ জামাতের ঢাকা জেলার জেলা ইজতেমার ময়দান প্রস্তুতির কাজ চলছে। অদ্য ২১শে অক্টোবর ২০২২ ইং তারিখ শুক্রবার ময়দান প্রস্তুতির কাজে হাজার হাজার সাথী অংশ নেয়। কাজের ফাঁকেই জুম্মার নামাজের সময় হয়ে যাওয়ায় সাথীদের জুম্মার নামাজের বিশাল জামাত দেখে মনে হয়, এ যেন কোন এক ইজতেমার ময়দান, “ইজতেমার পূর্বেই ইজতেমা“! আল্লাহ এ ইজতেমাকে ভরপুর কামিয়াবী দান করুন।

An “Ulama Jama’at” consisting of 40 Ulama arrived at Tembro Markaz, Indonesia on October 15, 2022 from Malaysia leading by Maulana Helmi. This large fleet of 40 Malaysian Ulama Jama’at arrived in Tembro Markaz targeting Malaysian Ijtema.
A large contingent of Ulama Jamaat from Tembro Madrasa will attend the Malaysian Ijtema. Apart from thousands of Malaysian Ulama, 2-3 thousand Ulama from outside Malaysia will participate in the upcoming Malaysian Ijtema held from 19-30th October, 2022 InshaAllah.
However, quotas have been set for participation in the upcoming Malaysian Ijtema.

The Delhi High Court on last May 02, 2022 Monday allowed reopening of five floors, including ground floor as well as four floors, of the Masjid premises in World Markaz Nizamudidin till today October 14, 2022.
Today’s the court doesn’t hear the case and extended the previous order until November 15, 2022. The next hearing will be November 15, 2022 InshaAllah.

After two years, the World Ijtema is being held in Tongi.
The Tabligh Jamaat authorities in 2011 split the Ijtema into two phases, dividing the participation of the 64 districts, to reduce the pressure on the venue and to ensure better management and security.
But, due to a quarrel between followers of two factions of World Tabligh Jamaat in December 2018, the Ijtema has been held in two phases on the basis of the following of the faction leaders in Bangladesh.
Whole Muslim Worlds Tablighi followers still following “Tabligh Headquarters Nizamuddin Markaz @ Banglewali Masjid”. Only in Bangladesh it’s little different.
Today the home ministry decide on holding the Ijtema. The first phase of the Biswa Ijtema, 2023 scheduled for January 13-15, 2023 and the second phase scheduled for January 20-22, 2023.
The mainstream followers will be attending on the Second phase from around the Globe, which will be held from January 20-22, 2023 InshaAllah.
The Bishwa Ijtema, one of the biggest congregations of Muslim pilgrims which usually takes place in January, has been postponed last 2021 & 2022 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Tabligh Jamaat has been organising the Ijtema at the venue since 1967.

World Ijtema @ Bishwa Ijtema brings together Muslim believers all over the World to Tongi, Bangladesh. The three-day event is organized by the Tablighi Jamaat, under the guidelines of World Tablighi Markaz Nizamudidin, India.
After the Pilgrimage to Mecca (Hajj), it is considered one of the largest Muslim gatherings in the world.
Since 1966, Muslims from Bangladesh and more than other 70 countries have congregated at Tongi’s 190-acre venue along the banks of the Turag River, Bangladesh.
The last World Ijtema, 52nd Biswa Ijtema, the second largest congregation, concluded on 22nd January (Sunday), 2017 with “Akheri Munajat” on the banks of Turag River at Tongi, Bangladesh. Tablighi Jamaat’s World Amir Hazratji Maulana Mohammed Sa’ad Kandhalovi conducted the Akheri Munajat that started at 11:10 am and ended at 11:43 am on 22nd January, 2017. At least two million Muslims, including some 7,000 from 70 other countries, took part in the final Dua.
The 53rd World Ijtema 2018 was postponed by International Conspiracy. Since then the World Ijtema, lost its long tradition!
After 4 long years later, it seems like Malaysian National Ijtema going to be the Venue of World Ijtema.
Though it’s not the World Ijtema, even though about 70 countries Tablighi followers around the world will participating in Malaysia, between October 20-30, 2022. More than 1000 Ulama from abroad and thousands and thousands followers are on the way to Malaysia.
It was advised that those who attend from abroad, don’t participate in Malaysian National Ijtema’s.
After World Markaz Nizamuddin, Malaysia is becoming the second busiest places for the followers and also have a chance to be the Venue of “Upcoming World Ijtema.”

Khost Province Ijtema will commence on October 13, 2022 and ends on 15th October 2022 InshaAllah. This is the last Provincial Ijtema of the Year 2022 in Afghanistan.
It’s to be noted that The Afghanistan Annual Umoomi Ijtema will be held on 10-13th November 2022.
Khost province in eastern part of Afghanistan situated at an altitude of 3300 feet above sea level. The city is approx 150 kms from capital city Kabul.

It’s against our religion to be photographed. It’s also prohibit POSING for photographs or Videos. Posed photos in particular may be seen as a show of pride. Posing is for filmed or photographed for movies that’s haram for Muslims.
Photographing or video clip an ijtema or religious gathering to show people is a matter of pride. And Islam is forbidden to be proud!
Therefore, as a true Muslim, as a Ummah of Prophet (PBUH) and as a followers of Hazratji, we must refrain from this act.
Masjid and religious places rules also against posing for photos or videos.
Darul Uloom, India’s issued a fatwa declaring photography and that particular career path “unlawful and a sin.”
“Photography is un-Islamic,” Vice Chancellor of Darul Uloom, Mufti Abdul Qasim Nomani, told, “Muslims are not allowed to get their photos clicked unless it is for an identity card or for making a passport.”
When asked about the fact that Saudi Arabia allows photography in the holiest of Islamic cities, Mecca, going so far as to beam live coverage through the year, Nomani stuck to his guns saying, “Let them do it. We do not allow it. Not everything they do is correct.”
“Just because they are richer than us doesn’t mean they are also correct,” added All India Muslim Law Personal Board member Mufti Abul Irfan Qadri Razzaqi. “If they are allowing photography they will be answerable on the Day of Judgement in the court of Allah SWT.”
Islam did not permit idol or image worship, which is why the Prophet did not allow his portrait to be made. This is why images of human beings, whether in the form of a drawing or photograph, are not encouraged.
Tabligh Ameer Hazratji’s most disliked act is, “not to take any pictures of all religious gatherings including Ijtema”!
But we are taking photos of all religious gatherings including Ijtema and publishing them on dirty social media.
We sin knowingly. Repent now, come back in repentance.

By the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT), 07 September, 2022 Bangladesh Government’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a circular [original Bangla copy (name: TI Visa NOC Circular- ORIGINAL, In Bangla), translated English copy (name: TI Visa NOC Circular- TRANSLATION, In English), Visa Policy Both English and Bangla attached) that:
“Because of the COVID-19 situation, there were some restrictions to issue visas to travel to Bangladesh for citizens of different countries of the World. But there was no individual embargo only to issue a TI visa. Moreover, currently there are no more restrictions as the COVID situation has improved. So, embassies/high commissions may take the decision to issue TI visas at their own discretion following the Visa Policy 2006 (revised up to 2016) and subsequent visa circulars.”
So, you may apply for the visa of the brothers and sisters like earlier and Insha-Allah will get visa (s).

After two years due to Pandemic (COVID-19), the way has been cleared for organizing the World Largest gathering Tablighi Ijtema in Bhopal.
The World Tablighi Gathering, which was banned for two years due to the Corona virus, this year after the conditions became favorable, the Bhopal district administration and the police department have allowed the holding of the Global Tablighi Gathering. This year, the Global Tablighi Gathering will be held in the month of November. It has been decided by the gathering committee to hold a global preaching gathering at Ant Kheri located on Bersia Road, Bhopal.
It should be noted that the foundation of the World Tablighi Congregation in Bhopal was laid in 1944. In the early years few people participated in the meeting, but gradually when people realized its importance and usefulness, the status of the meeting remained all India till the seventies. After the seventies, the gathering gained international fame and more than 2,000,000 Tablighi followers from twenty-nine countries participated in the 2019 World Gathering.
